~Deel 13~

Today is race day and I'm looking forward to it because after this I can go home for a week. and I'm just getting rid of Lando that I don't mind sleeping in big hotels and staying in things that otherwise wouldn't have experienced it, but nothing is better than home. But now I have to keep up with lando for another 2 days. When I walk onto the paddock I see that it is already quite busy. I arrived a little later than usual now 8 o'clock in the evening and the race starts in 2 hours.So when I arrive at Mclaren I see Lando chilling in the hospitality. I walk over to him and I smile softly at him.

"Hey you're here" Lando says when I sit across from him

"Yeah sorry I'm so late couldn't come sooner" I say to lando and he shrugs

"What are you going to do when you get home?" Lando asks me

"A boy who is kind of related to us is getting married" I say and smile at him briefly

"Will be able to announce it there and well, I think your family also wants to get to know me with whom you fake date" Lando laughs and looks at me

"If you want it why not but you will sleep in a bed with me" I say to Lando and he shrugs his shoulders "Lando you're not such a bad fake boyfriend" I smile at lando and he nods

"I'm not bad at anything Lois" Lando laughs and raises his eyebrows

"No, lando, I know it myself, you still have to learn that profession" I say to lando and he looks at me in surprise

"Yes sorry we were drunk and men who are drunk are bad" I say to lando and he chuckles"

We talk some more until Lando is picked up and it is time to warm up. Lando gives me a quick hug and wish him luck. But this time with that hug I feel something strange growing in my stomach. What it is I can't give it a spot it feels weird but also nice. I shouldn't think too much about it anyway. I grab my phone and scroll through insta and there are many articles from me and lando on insta but decided not to go into it. A real girlfriend of his wouldn't do that either. After half an hour is half past seven so I walk to the garage and see Lando busy talking to Andreas. I stare at him for a moment and catch myself. I startled myself and sat down. I look outside briefly and then feel a hand on my shoulder. I'm shocked and then see Lando sitting next to me.

"Happy to see the first race " Lando asks me and looks at me

"If you take podium then yes" I laugh and lando thinks for a moment

"I'll try" Lando laughs and gets up again and strokes my shoulder briefly.

Me and lando got to be nice to each other in one go. Idk what Lando has but I think this is better because Lando is really nice boy like that.When the race starts lando gets a good start and drives 4 so it's possible a podium place. And then Carlos loses control and crashes off the track. It's not a big crash but he is still angry as he kicks his car angrily.

"He's doing really well" Lily says sitting next to me

"Yeah right he had promise to try and get podium" I say and smile at Lily

"He's very lucky to have you because that playboy phase he wasn't the happy lando" Says Lily and pats me on the back.

I smile at her and think about it. Has Lando changed because of me or does Lily say so but don't think you're lying about that so Lily must be right.

In my mind's eye the race is almost over and lando is running third and crossing the finish line in third.Zak happily comes out of the garage and comes over to me.

"You have to come too" He says and I nod

I walk with them and I'm in front of this, I didn't have to. Zak smiles at me and then lando walks up to his team and jumps into the group. and then he comes to me and he smiles and pulls me into a hug

"Thank you" Lando says and pulls me out of the hug and gives me a wink

When Lando comes on stage I smile at him and first we hear the Dutch anthem then the one from England for Lando and Lewis. And then they get the trophy and it goes wild the champge is sprayed and Lando gets the full load of max it's pretty funny.

Zak told me that I had to wait for Lando in his Drivers room. So I do that and have been sitting here for half an hour now but still no lando.

If i wanna leave lando walks in.

"Would you like to leave without me that I could thank you" Lando smile softly at me

"I thought you wouldn't come again" I smile at him and he smiles

"I'm not like that but I have something to thank you for I had someone pick it up" Says Lando and takes a box from his sweater

I look at the box and he gives it to me, when I open it I see a cute necklace with a heart, super cute. I smile at Lando and give him a hug

"Thanks lando this is super sweet" I say

Lando shrugs and she finally packs things and then we walk out of the drivers room.
