Donghyuck sees Renjun and groans. "You've got to be kidding me."

Jaemin smiles in delight. "Thank God." He rises to his feet.

"You're leaving us?" Mark asks, starting to frown.

"Sorry, but I don't wanna third-wheel."

"You wouldn't-", Mark stops short, giving up and accepting his friends decision. "Whatever."

Jaemin laughs and goes over to Jeno and Donghyuck. "Do you mind if I sit with you?"

"I don't blame you for wanting to move, so sure."

"You two have to be nice", Jeno tells them.

"We are nice", Donghyuck replies, starting to set up the blanket. "Isn't that right, Jaemin?"

"Exactly."

Jeno rolls his eyes and leaves them to go disturb Chenle and Jisung (but mainly Chenle). "I'm not sure if I did a good or bad thing letting them hang around each other."

"Well, if you end up third-wheeling, you'll know it's your fault", Jisung says.

"I liked you better in high school."

"'Cause I only said 'hi'?" Jisung asks with a laugh.

"Exactly."

"Did you two share any classes?" Chenle asks curiously, looking up at the two.

"We shared an English class twice and Dance once."

"Are you two good?"

"Yes, they are", Donghyuck replies, joining them and holding onto Jeno. "Jeno won't admit it, though. Jisung was known for being a good dancer."

"I don't think I was known for it-"

"Yes, you were."

"I wish I went to your school so I could see your high school selves."

Chenle nods. "Same."

"Wait, Jaemin, how did you meet Mark?"

"College. He was one of the only people I could recognize and he's really friendly so he started talking to me and let me follow him around like a puppy."

"I didn't mind!" Mark calls to him.

Jaemin instinctively looks at Renjun and snorts. He doesn't say anything but Renjun already seems to guess and narrows his eyes at him. Jaemin does the same back to annoy him and smiles when Renjun turns to Mark and starts talking to him.

Donghyuck and Jeno rejoin Jaemin on the blanket and get busy, talking casually and distributing snacks and drinks. The one time Donghyuck just happens to look at where Mark is, he sees him looking over at Jaemin for a few seconds before looking away. Jaemin, not facing his direction, remains oblivious to it. Donghyuck looks over at Mark once more and catches another look that he's pretty sure Renjun sees as well. Poor Jaemin.

"I think Mark misses you", Donghyuck tells Jaemin.

"Why?"

"Because he keeps looking over here."

"Oh, great", Jaemin mutters.

Before Donghyuck can say anything in return, Jisung grabs their attention by grabbing some marshmallows. "Hi, I came to steal snacks, bye."

"You have your own!" Donghyuck calls after him.

"We don't have marshmallows!"

"You two are lucky I like you!" Chenle and Jisung giggle, causing Donghyuck to sigh. He looks around and spots Jeno talking to Mark and starts to pout before looking at Jaemin. "Do you like hugs?"
