chapter 5 star gasing

Later that night sonic and shadow woke up but they were not at all able to sleep for some reason so shadow said sonic can leave the house with the hoodie under his supervision sonic said let's go do something and shadow suggest star gasing again for some reason

The two walked outside and sat on the grass together looking up at the stars

Shadow: this is nice

Sonic: ya

Shadow: kinda makes you feel better doesn't it

Sonic: now that you mention it ya

There was a moment of quiet between them as sonic looked at shadow

Shadow: hm?

Sonic: so uh shads can you do me something

Shadow: what

Sonic: remember the night we were in that bar

Shadow: ya?

Sonic: and i asked you why you saved me from yourself and you didn't answer

Shadow: so

Sonic: Soo can you tell me why you saved me

Shadow: alright fine i... Was too in focus and i thought i was alone and when you got in the way you kinda scared me

Sonic: i scared you huh?

Shadow: no more like a surprise

Sonic: oh i see

Sonic pulls shadow next to him and now they are sitting closer

Shadow: hm?

Sonic: just so you can feel your hoodie ok

Shadow: uh ya right the hoodie

Sonic and shadow both knew they won't doing this because the hoodie and they knew it very well

They look back at each other but insanely look away blushing

Sonic: heh I've never seen you blush so much

Shadow: what me blushing no if enyone of us were to blush it would be you

Shadow lays his head on sonics lap

Shadow: but I'm not a lier this would be... Ok even if the hoodie was off

Sonic: i mean ya nothing weird at all

Shadow: i think it's gotten late enough let's go

Sonic: ok

They walk back to shadows house
Sonic walks in to the living room and jumps on to the couch

Sonic: ahh

Shadow: comfy?

Sonic: ya

Shadow: cool

Sonic: hey shads

Shadow: what

Sonic: how do you think we can get this hoodie off

Shadow: I don't know try to take it off

Sonic trys to take it off

Sonic: grunts

Pop

Sonic got it off

Shadow: i-its off

Sonic: oh uh ya here

Sonic gives shadow the hoodie

Shadow: thanks sonic

Sonic: ya no problem tails might be getting worryd about me I should go

Shadow: ya of course see you later sonic

Sonic: by shads

Sonic runs off
