It's cute don't get me wrong but it's just that they both hate eachother even if Douma can feel some emotions like love, he hates Akaza you can see it in face where he have visible irk marks while after finishing regenerating his mouth, but it would be cute if they actually like eachother tho!! Tho also Akaza have a wife and that's why he respects woman it's all because of her.
