3rd POV
Our story continues in Star City, more specifically the harbor. Two men opened up a large shipping container in the dead of night. They grabbed a crate and moved it out only for an arrow to hit the ground between them exploding in a ball of smoke. Another man quickly pulled out his gun and started scanning the area before setting his eyes on the top of the crane. There he spots Speedy no longer wearing his hat.
???: You know i'm starting to feel alittle insulted that Green Arrow's not fucking with my operations anymore
Speedy: Tough shit Brick. Tell it to someone who cares
Brick: Tch! Little shit!
He fires at Speedy who drops down and leaps away to the catwalk and sprints away. Speedy flips and releases another arrow which hits the man dead in the chest and explodes. However the explosion merely shredded parts of his clothes.
???: You little shit. Do you have any idea how expensive it is to make a suit in my size?!?! Scorch the earth boys
He says gesturing to a group of gunmen with Assault rifles. They raise them only for four Kunai's to penetrate their hands. They drop their weapons and hold their hands in pain but are quickly knocked to the ground by a speeding blur. Two of them get up only for Aqualad to bring out his waterbearer's and slams the gunmen into another shipping container knocking them out cold.
The leader known as Brick reaches into the ground and tears out a large piece of asphalt and chucks it at Speedy who dodges while running on top of shipping containers and stops and releases another arrow which explodes upon hitting Brick. Brick shrug's it off and yeet's another piece of asphalt. Speedy leaps away as Yokai drops down and slices the piece of asphalt in fourth's with his swords.
Yokai: ...Speedy
Speedy: ...Yokai
Aqualad lands next to them.
Aqualad: The cave has everything the team needs
Robin: And it's perfect for covert missions, you know Spy stuff
Kid then jumps up and lands next to everyone.
Kid: And wait to you see Superboy and Miss Martian. But i saw her first
Yokai: You've only known her for a few hours I've known her for 4 years
Before they could continue Brick yells and throws another piece of asphalt at them. They leap away while Aqualad smashes the piece with his waterbearer's. While Speedy releases three arrows at Brick. The first explodes, soon followed by the second and the third.
Brick: *Laughs mockingly* Is that all you got boy?! Tell Green Arrow not to send little boys to do a man's job!
Speedy readies another arrow.
Brick: Go on! Do it!
Speedy narrows his eyes before releasing the arrow. The arrow hit's Brick's chest and instead of exploding in a ball of fire it explodes and expels a bunch of dark red foam which completely enveloped his body.
Kid: Huh. High-density polyurethane foam. Nice
Robin: So speedy, you in?
Speedy: Pass, I'm done taking orders. I don't need a babysitter or a club house just so i can hang out with other kids. Your little junior Justice League is nothing but a joke. Something to keep you busy...and in your place, i wan't no part of it
He then walks away.
Aqualad: Yokai
Yokai glance at him as he gestures to the Kunai in his hand that had a dark purple dot on it that he was gonna throw at him. Don't ask what it does. Yokai sighs and put the Kunai away.
