Thank god you're a lifesaver

I slowly opened my window trying to be as quiet as possible as my parents were arguing again. Sliding the window up I looked out to see the ground. I stuck both of my legs out and sat on the windowsill while staring back at my room door. Then I jumped down.

My window was still open. I walked all the way down the block and turned a corner. I couldn't see my house any more but I saw Bridget's apartment. I walked in front of the apartment and looked at the door.

I tried to push and pull on the door but it wouldn't budge. I looked around seeing where I could get in. I saw a hole that was small enough to only fit one person. I climbed through that small hole and got into the apartment. There wasn't any receptionist at the desk. Actually there wasn't anyone at all. I looked around and saw an elevator.

I walked towards the elevator and I pressed the button to go up and the doors immediately opened. I stepped in and saw the old wood chips started to peel off of the elevator and the lights flickering. No wonder why this place is getting busted. I thought.

I pressed the floor that my friend were on. Within seconds the door opened revealing a hallway. I walked down the hallway until I found Bridget's apartment.

I rang the doorbell and heard it ring from the inside. Then I heard the door unlock. I stepped back away from the door a little and Bridget opened the door while smiling and brung me into a bear hug. 

"You're here." I smiled at her comment. I then walked into her house following bridget. I then saw Ellie sitting at her desk with stuff on the desk and her hair wrapped in a towel showing parts of her hair red. "Have you seen my favorite black t-shirt.  I need it for the labor day protesttomorrow." There was silence until Ellie spoke. 

"You're not going to any protest on your own." she said. Me and Bridget looked at each other.

"Alyssa's dad is taking us. I've told you that 10 times now." Bridget said annoyingly. I looked at Ellie and she looked at me. I nodded my head saying yes. Bridget left to go find her shirt. I walked up to Danny's room. As I was right infront of Danny's door I heard loud music. I swung the door open and walked into his room.

"Hey dan!" I yelled over the loud music. He turned the music off and took off his headphones. He turned around to face me and I smiled. He also had a smile on his face.

"What are you doing here?" He asked happily. I walked towards his bed and grabbed a magazine from his bed. I laid down and got comfortable.

"Just wanted to see how you are doing." I then put the magazine up to my face and started reading. Danny nodded still with a smile on his face. He turned on the music and started to have his own concert. I looked over at Danny admiring him.

I always had a crush on Danny. Ever since we met. I met him through Bridget and we just became friends. Suddenly Bridget came in and held the door shut. I saw that the doors were moving like someone was trying to get in.

"Big crowd tonight dan?" Bridget yelled. Danny took off his headphones and turned off the music. He turned around and saw Bridget holding the door shut. He had an annoyed expression on his face.

"Get out bridge!" He yelled at her. The door moved again. She smile slightly.

"I would but." Bridget got cut off by something hitting the door.

"Let me in!" Kassie shouted and pushed the door once more. We all looked at each other. I had a smile on my face. Danny smiled and said.

"On 3?" I nodded and got off of the bed. I walked over towards the door. Bridget moved out away from the door. Kassie pushed on the door once more and she feel into the arms of all three of us. She squealed as we through her onto Danny's bed. We all started to tickle her and she started to laugh and scream.

After a few seconds we stopped and I was sitting on Danny's bed reading the same magazine and Kassie playing with her staff. Bridget was on her phone and same with Danny. Ellie then came into the room. "Come to the dinning table. Someone is here." She said with a smile on her face. I wonder who it is. I thought.
