We walked to the dinning table and saw Beth. I only met Beth a few times but never really got to know her. Kassie, Danny, and Bridget went to Beth and hugged her. We all went to sit down. I sat un between Bridget and Danny. I then started to zone out blocking all of the noise around me. I then got back to reality by kassie shouting to ellie. "Look mom I'm a badass!" She showed Ellie her new bracelet she got from Beth.

"Please don't indoctrinate her into your groupie world." Ellie said, standing at the door way of the dinning room. Kassie looked back at Beth.

"What's a groupie?" She asked, putting her arm down.

"You moms favorite nickname for me even though  she knows I'm a guitar technician." Ellie then sat down at the dinning table.

"If you say so." Ellie said with a smile on her face. Beth dropped her smile and looked at Ellie.

"Be nice or you don't get a gift." She said. "Speaking of which." She reached down into her bag and took out a beer mug that had a toilet on the front. "Look what I got your dad " She held it up and smiled. Everyone became silent. Even I know that their dad is gone. I held Danny's hand as a sign of comfort.

"Danny go take my car and get pizza with you sisters and Alyssa." Eliie looked at Beth as if she did something wrong then looked at Danny.

"Sure thing mom." He said nervously. We all walked down to the garage. Danny pressed the button on the car key and the car made a noise as a sign that the car was unlocked. "Come on." Danny and kassie ran towards the car while me and Bridget just walk. Once we got to the car kassie got in and I was about to sit next to her until I felt a hand on my back. I turned around and saw it was Bridget.

"Let me sit there." She had a smile on her face. I nodded and went to the front seat. I looked over at Danny and he was looking at me. I turned my head looking embarrassed. My cheeks getting hot. We went to the pizza place and we went in. Danny walked up to the counter and was talking with the worker. I just sat down on one of the chairs. Soon Danny sat next to me.

We got our pizza and went to the car. I held the hot pizza on my lap. We then reached the apartment. Dan stopped at the gate and was pressing the button to open the garage gate. Then the light turned green and the gate opened. Danny parked the car and got out. I opened the door and got out.

"Hurry up Alyssa." Danny said. I rolled my eyes and shut the door with my foot.

"You wanna carry them?" I asked sarcastically.

Danny laughed and said. "No." Danny locked the car and walked away from it. I saw kassie trying to walk while trying to take a drink of her soda.

"Come on kass." Bridget said. Then I saw a truck move and felt the floor shake. Danny also noticed it and he looked at me with a concern look on his face. Once the shaking got worse kassie dropped the sodas and ran towards Bridget and clung on to her arm. I dropped the pizzas and ran towards Danny and he took my hand. I didn't notice because I was too focused on getting to safety.

"Earthquake!" Bridget yelled. We then tried to run towards the stairs but a Crack started to form on the ground. We backed away and started to run. We then got to a pillar and ducked down.

"Stay down!" I yelled. I was huddled next to Danny and I put my head onto his chest. We watched as we saw the place getting split. The hatch of a truck opened.

"Shit. That was intense." Danny said shocked. I let go of his hand and got up walking around. Danny was walking around looking at the place.

"I think I peed my pants." I heard kassie say. I saw cracks in the walls and on the ground. This place looked horrible.

"Is it warm?" I heard Bridget saw off in a distance. I started to go away from the others as I could barely hear them.

"Holy shit. Guys come check this out." Danny said enough for me to hear. I looked and I saw Danny looking at something. I walked closer and stood right next to him. I saw a hole. I saw Bridget and kassie on the ground. Bridget then turned around.

"What is it?" She said.

"There's a hole." Danny said shocked. Bridget got up and went closer and saw a hole. Danny went down and turned on his phone flash light.

"Be careful dan there could be aftershock." Bridget said. Danny didn't say anything and just kept looking.

"It's an old bank vault." He yelled over towards Bridget. Danny then climbed down into the hole.

"Danny don't." I said being cautious but he didn't listen and just went down. Minutes passed but it felt like hours. Then we heard him yell. I panicked a little. "Danny are you okay?"

"I'm okay, don't worry." He said. That made me a little better. Soon Danny came up. It looked like he had stuff in his book bag. I had a questioning look on my face.

"What did you see down there?" I asked.

"I'll show you when we get home."
