It was night, and a group of foundation agents were standing in front of an empty alleyway, at the back of the alleyway was a black, shadowy cloud with a child-like creature hiding inside, the child was hugging their knees while crying with their back turned to the agents. The creature child then glanced at the agents behind them, feeling threatened, they went to all fours and started growling aggressively at the agents, and as soon as one of the agents tried to walk closer to them, they charged at them, and slit one of the agents' throat with their claw-like fingernails, causing guns to fire, but because of their small size all the bullets missed. They then pounced onto agent and snapped his neck like a twig. They then saw that one of the agents was pointing their gun at which caused them to-
( Slight Time Skip, At the Foundation )
The creature child was now trapped in a dark, metal box, they claw at the box, trying to claw their way out, but to no avail. They felt someone picked up the box and they felt them being carried off somewhere. After awhile and after hearing some noises, they felt the box being put down, they also heard someone leaving and heard a door closing. They then heard the box make a click sound, and it opened itself, they slowly walked out of the box and saw that they were now in a large, some kind of containment chamber with a large bulk door, and a catwalk above them. They went to a corner of the room and they casted a black, shadowy cloud around themselves. Their little wings flapped a few times, they were trying to stretch them out.
( In the observation room of Scp-04106 )
Dr Buck and Riley were observing the new SCP, and Riley wrote down what they saw the SCP do.
Dr Buck: The new SCP, now known as Scp-04106, seems to have the ability to cloak itself in a large shadow-like cloud. And in the reports of the retrieval team, it's incredibly hostile when threatened.
Riley: Yeah, apparently, um, she...? He...? They...?-
Dr Buck: It.
Riley: It slit one agent's throat, snapped the neck of another, and ripped the ear off the last one before they were able to contain it.
They then see that the creature child, now known as Scp-04106 had poked their head out from the shadow-like cloud with their ears precked up like a rabbit.
Riley: Um, Dr Buck, how good do you think is it's hearing?
Scp-04106 immediately turned their head to Riley and Dr Buck.
Riley: Nevermind. It answered my question.
Scp-04106 looked at Dr Buck through the observation window, tilted it's head, before it began to speak in a language that the two researchers didn't understand.
Scp-04106: ( in their language, to Dr Buck: ) You lost someone important to you, you didn't show it very much, but you cared about him deeply, and I can tell that he felt the same for you... I can bring him back, if you want.
Dr Buck: I think it's trying to communicate with us.
Scp-04106 then walked up to one side of the room, stabbed their horn into the wall, and they made some kind of black portal-like tear in the wall with their horn, making Riley and Dr Buck think that they are trying to escape.
Riley: Is it trying to escape?!
Scp-04106 then reached their hand in the portal-like tear, and pulled out an unconscious adult man, that Dr Buck quickly recognized without a single thought.

Dr Buck: Agent Green?!
Riley: What the?! Did Scp-04106 just pull him out of a portal?! Or- Or whatever that is.
The portal-like tear then closed itself and Scp-04106 sniffs at Agent Green.
Scp-04106: ( in their language: ) Ew, he smells like smoke and depression.
Scp-04106 then quickly ran back into their shadow-like cloud when two guards came in and took the unconscious Agent Green. Scp-04106 hugged their knees and turned to the wall, making scared whines and growls until the guards left with Agent Green. Dr Buck and Riley was about to leave the observation room when they heard....
Scp-04106: ( in English, with a slight growly accent and teary eyes: ) Want... Go... Home... Want go home...
Riley: It can speak...?
Dr Buck: It must know very little english...
Scp-04106 continued muttering " Want go home " under their breath as tears fell down their face as they hugged their knees.
