I STARTED walking home right after school finished. not even bothering to join a club.
"yunjin!" i heard someone yell, probably jungwon.
i plugged my earphones in my ear and continued walking like i didn't hear.
"yunjin! aw— come on, why are you ignoring me today!"
i decided to look back and saw jungwon pouting. and guess what? jueun was next to him, looking so innocent and clueless. i mean— of course she would be clueless but she really looked so fucking annoying.
i stopped walking and groaned. "ugh."
in that nick of time, they were already behind me.
"yunjin, didn't you hear me?" jungwon asked while pouting.
"no, sorry wonnie." i replied, pouting to make it seem more realistic.
i then looked at jueun and mumbled, "why is she here?"
"jungwon invited me! since i'm his new seat mate." she smiled.
i didn't fucking ask you but okay.
i fake smiled and said, "ah, okay. well see you guys tomorrow and i'll text you later." looking at jueun then at jungwon.

oh, the burning pain. why is it so hard being in-love? is it because it's unrequited?
i sighed, laying on my bed and looking at the ceiling with no thought. just wishing that jueun never came or atleast never sat next to jungwon.
