Chapter 13: What the..?!

Nathan's point of view

I pushed Andrew off me when I saw Angella ruining away. This should be very difficult for her, her boyfriend and her best friend punching the life our of each other. Then Jessica ran after her, maybe looking for help too.

"Angella!" I screamed. Andrew stood up.

"This is not over, you hear me!? It's not over Michaels!" He screamed as he turned around and left. How could he do this to Angella and Jessica?

I ran into the direction Angella and Jessica were heading to, and looked all over the place for them. They were nowhere to be found.

I stopped right in front of a staircase that was filled with paramedics. What was happening?

"You should take better care of your girlfriend Nathan..." A sweet voice said from behind me... I could smell the strawberries already. Madison. I turned around to face her.

"What are you talking about?" I asked her.

"You shouldn't leave her running alone in a desert parking lot..." She said pointing the ambulance.

"What?! What the hell did you do to her?" I demanded grabbing her wrist.

"Let me go, let me go! Or I won't say anything" she said looking into my eyes. I released her arm.

"Apparently she fell off the staircase... It was an accident."

"Oh, God... I have to tell her mom..." I turned around to look for my car... But the exit to the beach was locked... Too late.

"I'll give you a ride... If you want to..." Madison offered, I hesitated for a moment. But I gave up.

"Alright..."

We ran off to Madison's car and head off to Angella's house. The ride was quiet... I was looking outside the window, wondering how Angella was doing. I couldn't help feeling guilty, what would her mom say to me when she finds out. She will hate me completely.

Madison stopped I'm front of Angella's house, and I hopped off car, the instant she unlocked the doors. Everything was dark, no lights on inside the house. She was not there. I knocked the door hoping I was wrong. But she wasn't there...

"Damn it!" I yelled punching the door.

"Take it easy Nathan!" Madison yelled in front of me.

"How are you asking me to take it easy? I'm going to the hospital."

"Ok, I'll drive you, but calm down!" Madison said opening the car front door.

I opened the passenger door as Madison turned on the engine.

"C'mon, drink some water, it has some eucalyptus it will help you calm down." Madison offered handing me the water bottle.

"I don't want to drink anything, just drive!" I demanded.

"Drink it!" She insisted.

I grabbed the bottle and opened it. I took a zip from the water, it tasted weird. Not like eucalyptus.

"Are you sure this is eucalyptus? It doesn't taste like eucalyptus." I said smelling the the liquid inside the bottle.

"Mjm..." She nodded.

I took another zip of the water, it tasted good.

Suddenly, I felt my head spinning around. I started to see double.

"I feel dizzy..." I told Madison.

"Already? Wow! It works fast!" She said laughing sarcastically.
