Scene: Morning, Day 8.

The sun rises on a new day, casting a warm glow over the village. As the household begins to stir, Mandeep gathers everyone in the living room to share his plans.

Mandeep: (cheerful) Good morning, everyone. I have some news to share.

Ashu and his family gather around, curious to hear what Mandeep has to say.

Mandeep: (smiling) I've been invited to a wedding in Chandigarh, and I've decided to attend. It's going to be a grand affair.

Gurpreet: (pleasantly surprised) That sounds wonderful, Mandeep ji. We hope you have a great time.

Mandeep: (nodding) Thank you, Gurpreet ji. Now, here's the interesting part—I was thinking Ashika could accompany me. That way, I won't be bored all the time.

Ashu blinks in surprise, taken aback by the unexpected invitation. He glances at his family and then back at Mandeep, his mind racing.

Mandeep: (jokingly) What do you say, Ashika? Ready for a trip to Chandigarh?

Ashu's heart skips a beat as he contemplates the idea of joining Mandeep on this journey. A mixture of excitement and apprehension swirls within him.

Ashu: (nervously) Um, I... I'll have to ask my parents.

Mandeep: (encouragingly) Of course, take your time. Just think about it. It could be a fun experience.

Ashu and his family discuss the invitation while Mandeep goes out for a morning walk. He really likes the clean air of the space.

Ashu: (to himself) Should I really go? It could be a once-in-a-lifetime experience, but... what if things get complicated?

Gurpreet and Harjit exchange glances, their expressions a mixture of understanding and consideration.

Gurpreet: (softly) That's quite an opportunity, Ashu.

Harjit: (nodding) Mandeep ji has been generous to us, and we can't refuse his requests. It's an honor that he's thinking of you.

Ashu listens to his parents' words, but his mind races with thoughts of the challenges he might face if he agrees to go.

Ashu: (hesitating) I know, Dad, but... what if things get complicated? What if I can't handle being away from home alone? What if someone sees through my disguise?

Gurpreet and Harjit exchange a knowing look, sensing their son's concerns.

Gurpreet: (gentle) Ashu, we understand your worries. But sometimes, stepping out of your comfort zone can lead to growth and new experiences.

Harjit: (supportive) Ashu, you can't refuse the request. We don't have that choice, remember that we trust you to handle any situation that arises.

Ashu's heart is torn between the excitement of a new adventure and the comfort of his familiar surroundings. He knows that the decision ultimately is a "Yes"

As the day continues, Ashu weighs the pros and cons of the decision before him. He contemplates the possibility of embracing the unknown and finding the courage to navigate whatever challenges lie ahead.

Ashu: (to himself) They're right. I can't refuse Mandeep ji's request. But that means I'll have to be ready for the wedding.

The thought of attending a grand wedding in Chandigarh sends a mix of excitement and nervousness coursing through him. He knows that he'll need suitable attire for the occasion—a traditional lehenga choli that matches the elegance of the event.

Ashu: (softly) I don't have anything appropriate for a wedding like this.

As he contemplates his wardrobe, he realizes that he'll need to go shopping for the perfect outfit. The idea of choosing an outfit that complements the festivities and the grandeur of the wedding adds a new layer of anticipation to his thoughts.
