Caroline slowly opened her eyes, her head throbbing with pain. She looked around and realized that she wasn't in Mystic Falls anymore. She was in a strange room with stone walls, heavy drapes, and antique furniture. It looked like something out of a medieval castle.
As she tried to sit up, a wave of dizziness hit her, and she groaned. Suddenly, the door creaked open, and Klaus walked in. "Good morning, my queen," Klaus said, a wicked smile playing on his lips. "I hope you slept well."
Caroline tried to get up again, but Klaus pushed her back down on the bed with ease.
"You're not going anywhere, Caroline," Klaus said, his voice darkening. "You belong to me now." Caroline's eyes widened with fear as she realized the full extent of Klaus's obsession.
She had to escape, no matter what. Gathering all her strength, Caroline jumped out of bed and ran towards the door. But Klaus was faster. He grabbed her by the waist and slammed her against the wall. "You can't leave me, Caroline," Klaus growled. "Don't even try."
Caroline struggled, but Klaus's grip on her was unbreakable. She was trapped once again, and her heart sank. She had to come up with a new plan, and fast.
