Chapter 1: To make matters worse

Felix: Lix, Jeongin: Innie, Seungmin: Minnie

Jeongin is laying on his bed while he's watching some series, when he suddenly hears the front door opening. He didnt think much about it until he realizes that Felix moved out some time ago and he lives alone now. He tries not to panic and takes some deep breaths, stands up and walks over to the door of his bedroom. He hears footsteps coming in his direction and he goes back to hide behind the door. A masked person walks along the hallway straight to the bathroom and closes the door behind him. Jeongin takes out his phone to call Felix. Felix has some friends who work for the police as he used to work there too. After a while Felix picks up his phone.

"Why are you calling me? Its 2 a.m. you should be asleep." Felix sounds very sleepy, but Jeongin doesnt hesitate to tell him everything. "Ok, so theres a masked person in your bathroom that just went in through your front door. Really?" Felix didnt believe a single word, he thought it was one of Jeongins weird dreams again. "You really think I'd believe you? Go back to sleep Im sure no ones here. "

Jeongin was disappointed, he thought his best friend would believe and help him, but he was wrong. He's just the stupid kid that everyone makes fun of.

A sudden loud noise interrupts the conversation. "FELIX HELP ME PLEASE!!" Jeongin was crying from fear and Felix realized that his best friend wasnt dreaming. "Ok calm down Innie, I'll be there in 5. Just hide somewhere." He was putting on his shoes and grabbing his keys. "Im behind the door of my bedroom." Jeongin said as quiet as he could. "Good stay there, Im already in the car."

Felix drives as fast as he can, he doesnt want the younger to get hurt. After he moved out, he promised his best friend to never let anyone hurt him and he really wants to keep his promise. Jeongin does not have many friends and he got bullied many times, so Felix tries his best to help him not to get those flash backs from his childhood.

After five minutes Felix arrives and quickly gets out of the car. He already called his friend Seungmin, that used to work together with him when he worked for the police. He opens the door quietly and goes upstairs to Jeongins bedroom and hears him crying behind the door. Hes slowly closing the door trying not to scare the younger. Jeongin looks up and calms down a bit as he sees a familiar face. "H-Hi" He tries to calm himself down but fails a little. Felix sits down next to him and pulls his best friend in for a hug. He says some soft words to comfort the other and it seems to work. The younger stops crying. "Innie, I called Seungmin and hes on his way. You'll be fine, ok?"Jeongin nods.

A few minutes later the police arrives and goes upstairs too. They find Felix and Jeongin together behind the door, still hugging each other. Felix looks up and gives his friend a little smile. "They're in the bathroom." Seungmin nods turning around to the bathroom door. He hears some noises from inside and knocks. No response. He decides to just open the door and a quite tall man dressed all black shows up. The man panics and lets everything fall. "Put your hands on your head and step forward!" Seungmin commands. The man does as he told him not wanting to cause any more problems. Seungmin quickly puts on handcuffs and guides the man to one of the officers. "Bring him to the car."

After the police officers left, Seungmin turns to Felix. "Hey Innie, do you remember me? Im Minnie from the station, that Felix used to work at." Jeongin looks up now remembering the man standing in front of him. "Y- Yeah I r-re- remember." "I'd like you to come to the station with us, we need you to answer some questions. Felix hyung can come with us to if it makes you feel more comfortable." Jeongin nods and follows Seungmin out of the house. He closes the door behind him as he walks over to the car.
