Ch•11 Closer

Mabel POV

I hurried to our dorm room and quickly unlocked the door. When I opened it I was tackled to the ground by something.

"waddles! How's my little Firey Pig?" I said snuggling him. Waddles just Oinked at me and started licking my face.

"Eww, I love you too bud!" I continued to hug Waddles until I heard Belle's voice.

"MabeI I get you miss you pig but can you just go inside first? You're blocking the hall and the door"

I sprung up from the floor then went inside our dorm room and started looking around. The room was pretty big for a dorm, Our stuff was put in one of the corners of the room, and there were two bunk beds on opposite sides of the room with a medium-sized desk and a big window in the center.

"I can work with this" Pacifica said after looking around a bit.

Belle was going through her stuff, making sure nothing was missing. Before taking out a bedsheet, blanket, and pillows from one of her bags.

"The bed already has those things" Presley pointed out.

"I know, but what I don't is if they are clean or not," Belle replied as she started replacing the bedsheets.

"Can I have the pillows?" Presley said already grabbing one of the unwanted pillows.

"Sure I don't care"

"Nice"

We were all organizing our belongings when we heard a knock on the door.

"Who's gonna get that?"

"I'll get it, Waddles come here I need you in case it's an intruder," I said signaling Waddles to follow me.

I swung the door open revealing May and Pyronica.

"What are you guys doing here?" I asked

"We finished unpacking, by the way, Nice place you got here!" Pyronica said before inviting herself in.

"Already? How are you guys so fast!?" Presley said while struggling to put up one of her Posters.

"Magic" Pyronica said snapping her hands and magically putting up the poster.

"I am beyond jealous," Presley said back.

We were all just enjoying each other's company, making jokes, and so on. It was nice, Pyronica has been Cool with us and honestly, I never thought I'd have a demon as a friend. I guess having a demon as my soon to be brother-in-law is more surprising.

"By the way, Do you guys have another dorm mate? Or is it just the two of you?" Pacifica asked.

"Oh right! We have this other girl named uhh... What was her name again?" May said pausing for a second.

"Demencia! That was her name! Pretty weird but cool in a way" May continued.

"In what weird way?"

"Laughing to herself, Crawling on the walls and ceiling kinda weird way," Pyronica said while texting on her phone.

"Woah what is she? A lizard?" I jokingly said.

"Pretty sure she is. Got a weirdly sentient hair that kinda looks like a tail. Also got a pretty sick looking hoodie that looks like a lizard head." May said.

"Aren't you concerned with leaving her in your room? I mean what if she lays eggs in your pillow!" Pacifica gagged from the thought.

May just shrug "She's not in the dorm room anymore. just came in and pulled up like twenty pictures and posters of some dude with a top hat, and then crawled out the door"
