Loud bang on the door. "Open it right now!" she screams, "You're not going to take my son away from me again, Rick! Open the door!"

Harry's mother, Annie, was a drunk and sort of insane also the number one reason why Harry's arms are full of cuts. "Dad, are you sure this is a good idea?" Harry asks as he watches his dad pack up all their stuff to get ready to move to Miami. Harry's dad was a pilot and because of that, they're always moving from one place to another and never settling down and Annie was sick of moving everywhere and decided to divorce Rick.

"You want to stay with me or your mom?" Rick asks Harry while he points to the cuts on Harry's arms. Loud bang on the door again. "If you stay with me, those can slowly go away. If you stay with her, this is going to get worse." Harry will miss his mom despite the fact that she has brought nothing but pain in Harry's life.

"Yeah, okay." Harry says as he helps his dad pack up their things. Suddenly, the door gets beaten down and Annie quickly takes Harry by his arms. "You're not going to take my son away from me," she screams as she hands Harry to the police. "Dad, no!" Harry screams but the police and his two brothers forcefully puts Harry in the car.

"Can't you see you're the one that's doing this to him? You're insane, Annie. Get some help." Rick screams.

"No! It's because of you never settling down, him always getting bullied moving from one school to another. He's going to be in high school soon. We are going to settle down and moving away from New York to Chicago and I'm taking all my kids!" Annie debates.

"Mom, you really don't have to divorce dad if-" David, Harry's older brother butts in.

"Get back in that car with Harry and Jake!" Annie orders.

"But mom-"

"GO BACK!"

David gets in the police car with Harry and their younger brother, Jake.

"I hate mom," Harry says under his breath.

"And I hate you," David began. "Ever since you came, mom and dad's relationship has been unstable. This is all your fault, this is going to be mom's second divorce."

"Don't call my dad 'dad' he's not even your dad. Whose fault is it? Your dad is in prison." Harry bites back. "Mom is a whore, I don't even want to call her mom anymore."

"Shut the fuck up, Harry."

"Can't wait to move to this Chicago place and get bullied again by unknown people."

"You're going to be in high school, suck it up."

The police car drove away as Harry watched his parents argue and police taking his stuff and putting it in the truck. He knows he'll be stuck with his mom until he turns 18 and he's only 13, he doesn't even know if he'll ever see his dad again. He never even got to say goodbye.
