Demo walked in first. "Hey team, I'm back!" Everyone looked at him and smiled. Spy whispers something to Scout, and he goes yes yes yes!
"Oh zhank god, your back!" Medic ran over to him and hugged him.
"Heyyyy! Uh, good to see you!" He just pat him on the back. Medic pulled away.
"You had us all vorried sick! Especially Scout. Yeesh!" Scout came up to him next.
"Demo, jesus man!" Scout squeezed him so hard he thought his ribs might break.
"Oh, hey! Ow." Demo said in a strained voice.
"Sorry." But the really squeezing had yet to happen. Because it was Heavy's turn
"Demo, good to see you!" He squeezed him so hard his ribs almost actually broke.
As everyone greeted Demo, Engi and Soldier were still waiting outside.
"What do you think will happen? They have never even heard of anything like this! They'll just kill us!" Engi was losing his mind.
"Well, we'll just have to take that chance. And if they try, Demo will protect us. He'll explain everything. Ok? We don't have anything to worry about."
*sigh* "Yeah, I'm just being crazy..."
"You're not crazy! It completely rational to think this."
"Thanks... uhhh, do you like pet names?"
"Hm, I don't mind."
"Ok. Thanks, love."
"Ok, I do like that."
"Good." Engi hugs him.
"Aw thanks.... honey."
"Good to have you back, Tavish."
"Thanks, Spy."
"Oh and, me and Scout placed a bet on weather you'd come back or not."
"Who won?"
"He did."
"Spy! Really?"
"Ha ha ha! I'm just messing with you! But we really did."
"Fuck you too, Spy! Haha!" Pyro runs over to Demo and hugs him and jumps up and down. "Hey buddy!"
"Hudda hudda!"
"Yeah, it's good to see you." Demo hugs them back.
Spy clears his throat. "So, if we're done with that-"
"Oh yes, I have something else!" Pyro let's go and stands back, still as excited. "So if you're wondering how I got here, I have the answer! You can come out now!" Engi hesitates then steps out with Solly. Everyone gasps, but Scout is gasping for a different reason.
"I-Is zhat..... B-B-B-B-BLU mercs?" Medic says, his soul almost leaving his body.
"You bet your sweet ass!" Solly says, proud.
"Why are these BLU scum here!?" Spy says, horrified.
They helped me escaped! Without them, I would still be captured!"
"B-Because of them!?" Scout yells, trying to act like he doesn't know them.
"Scout?" Engi mouths to him, betrayed.
"I'm just playing along!" He mouths back, hoping no one noticed.
"So, you want us to believe that they helped you?" Spy says, icked out beyond words.
