Caleb:You sat on your bedroom floor, leaning against the foot of your bed. Caleb sat beside you. You had your head on his shoulder.
"I don't want this to end", you whispered, your eyes welling. He looked down at you, his own eyes tear filled.
" I just can't do this anymore Y/N. I can't do anymore secrets", he said. You couldn't tell him about A. You just couldn't.
"I have never kept anything from you that I haven't had to", you said. He shook his head.
" Anything should be OK to tell me Y/N. I told you everything. Because I trust you", he said numbly.
"I trust you Caleb. I trusted you when you promised you wouldn't leave. Look what good that's getting me?", you said bitterly. He looked down at you with a pained expression.
" I have to leave. I'm just too tired".
"Please don't leave", you whispered, a tear falling softly on your cheek. He put his forehead against yours.
" I love you Y/N", he said, his voice shaking as he kissed the edge of your mouth. Then he stood up and blinked leaving a tear fall. He gave you a watery smile.
"But I can't be with someone who doesn't trust me", he whispered, walking out, letting your heart crush into a million pieces.
Toby:Toby Cavanuagh, the school "jock", looked at you. He had been dating you for two months now, but because you were a no one, that geeky girl no one liked, it had to be secret. He didn't acknowledge you were even alive when you were in school. You looked at him and gave him a little nod. Then you heard a cat call.
" Oh does four eyes like Toby?", one of Toby's jackass friends said. You went to walk away, but he put his arm around you.
"Don't be shy four eyes", he said and he walked you over to Toby. " He wouldn't go for you four eyes. He likes girls", he smirked, and Toby's other friend laughed, fist bumping him. Your eyes filled with tears and you looked at Toby pleadingly. He looked at you in a pained way.
"Yeah, get out of our faces", Toby said gruffly. You shook your head and ran away. Toby ran after you.
" Y/N! I'm sorry, I should have stood up for you", he muttered. You looked at him sadly.
"Toby if you liked me, you'd respect me enough to acknowledge my existence. But you don't respect me. This is over", you said, ignoring him calling you back as you ran away, your heart heavy in your chest.
Jason:" Hey Jas", you grinned going into the sitting room.
"Hey beautiful", he smiled as you sat down beside him. He held your cheek and put his lips softly against yours. You put your arms around his neck and wrapped your legs around his waist as his lips traveled to your neck. You fumbled with his shirt but froze as you heard a cough. You pulled away from Jason as you saw a woman standing by the front door, her face pale. Jason followed your gaze and looked at you with a guilty expression.
" Who are you?", you said standing up.
"Jason's girlfriend", she said. You looked at Jason, a disgusted look on your face. He walked over to the woman.
" I'm sorry babe, she's nothing ", he whispered. Nothing? That's what you were. You felt so stupid. So stupid. You ran past them, downstairs. You had never been more humiliated in your life, and you felt your heart breaking.
Ezra:" Y/N, can you stay back for a minute? ", Ezra said as the bell rang. You waited til the room was empty, biting your lip to stop from smiling. You and Ezra had been together for about 3 months now, and you were so happy. When the room was empty, Ezra closed the door, and pressed his lips softly against yours. You smiled into the kiss and he let go, a soft smile on his face.
" I got a really amazing job offer Y/N", he said holding both of your hands with one of his. You grinned.
"That's amazing. We won't have to tiptoe anymore! Where?", you asked.
" New York". You looked at him in disbelief. You managed to give him a smile.
"That's great Ezra. So I guess that's the end of us?", you asked, trying to control your sadness.
" I mean, its not like it was going to go anywhere anyway is it? You were just a bit of fun", he said. You let go of his hands, your eyes welling up.
"That's all I was to you?", you whispered. He looked at you.
" Y/N i-"
"Its OK Ezra, I get the message loud and clear", you said, running out of the room, your heart crushing in your chest.
