After signing with NXT in secret from the wrestling world, I was finally going to make my debut in NXT, where I highly requested to be backstage, so I couldn't be seen ANYWHERE.

I think Hunter understood after the three demands I made for my debut, which is to erase any traces of the stupid Blue Blazer gimmick my father had done, Vince McMahon publicly apologizing towards my mom and I for letting my dad die during a stunt, and to get rid of Over The Edge 1999.

I wanted those three to be met and they were willing to do it, which I am undoubtedly grateful.

Tonight, I was gonna be backstage, signing the contract and then meeting up with my fellow colleagues, but there is one person I'm looking forward to seeing again: Kaori Hosako.

You see, our contracts in Japan expired on different dates, so to see her again is gonna be just awesome, but I'm gonna be at ringside for the show.

I even highly requested to not have Kairi look at the screen when I appear, I want her to be shocked when I'm in her view, and by God did they allow it.

When I met with Hunter. he looked very happy to see me!

Hunter: Hey, Owen! Great to see you!

Me: Same here, Hunter.

We hugged as we had to get this signing over with.

Hunter: It's been a long time since I've seen you. You were that little!

Me: Yeah, it's been that long. Anyhow, is there any way that I can compete the next week? I want to show off how I can wrestle.

Hunter: We can make it happen. For now, sign the contract, and we're good to go.

Once he handed me the contract, along with all my demands, I signed it with a smile on my face.

Me: I have one more thing to ask if you're okay with it.

Hunter: Of course, what do you need?

Me: I want Kaori distracted from the screen when it's time to show me.

Hunter: Oh, you want to surprise her?

Me: That's correct. I want to make sure that she gets to see me again after a couple months.

Hunter: Consider it done.

Me: Thank you so much.

It was official, I signed with NXT and my first match is next week.

After signing, I went out to meet my colleagues and I actually liked meeting them as some of the women who heard of the Harts, but they were awestruck that I was in their presence.

I gave my cousin Nattie a text and I had to ask her this...

Me: Are you watching Takeover, by any chance?

Nattie: I am! Wait, what do you mean?

Me: You might see me at ringside tonight.

Nattie: You're joking, right?

Me: What if I am? ;)

Nattie: OMG! I can't believe it! You're with NXT!

Me: Don't tell anyone about this, okay? I want to make sure that it all goes down smoothly. Plus, I have a friend that I want to surprise as well. You know Kaori Hosako, or Kairi Sane, the newest signee, right?
