that kiss changed two lives instantaneously and permanently.
the force of two colliding stars rocked through the world, soundless to all but those two boys hiding in their college's panic room. catching up on the lost time.
"no no, i know, i told him to not go for the solo yet he did." minho giggled, tears running down his face at his description of a freshman's cocky side, where he learns why inexperience can't be overridden by pure gumption.
jisung is soaking in this new side of minho, the side of relaxation and comfort. this is the side he had always glimpsed at but never actually seen up close. jisung feels like a child during christmas time, seeing a gift that looks like one he's always wanted under the tree, telling himself that it's not actually it just to help the disappointment not sting as much. then christmas day rolls around, and the gift that you wished for was actually under the tree, but it's even better than you could ever imagine. that's lee minho, relaxed and beaming at jisung like he's the only thing that matters. like minho has been searching, yearning, for something all his life, looking towards the horizon in search of something new. minho stares at jisung like he is minho's new horizon like he is feeling settled. like he's finally coming home, to a new place but nevertheless home.
"jisungie?" minho looks down at the male sitting practically in his lap, grappling his hoodie like a life preserver.
"mm?" jisung questions back, too high on happiness and the undercurrent of pure raw want, to give a full cognitive answer.
"do you want to stay here or go back to my dorm?" minho coughs a bit when he brings up the fact of the possibility jisung would sleep in minho's dorm.
"um, i would feel better if we could stay here, just familiar space and all. i'm sorry," he says, cringing a bit when he realizes he killed down his dream of jumping lee minho and peeling him back layer by layer. he internally sighs but he thinks what can he do?
"ok wait, baby, i'm going to go to my dorm real quick and get my glasses. doctor's orders: never sleep in your contacts. ever." minho says while maneuvering jisung to sit comfortably on the next bean bag over. when he finally tucks jisung, along with kisses all over his face, he stands back up and walks to his backpack laying haphazardly a couple of feet away.
when minho looks over himself and mumbles to make sure he isn't forgetting anything, jisung drinks him in.
how did i get so lucky?
"technically i'm the lucky one since you gave me such a romantic confession. all i said was i love you. you're a fucking poet ji." minho offhandedly says, actually waving one hand around to prove his point. he turns around to face jisung, a shit-eating grin on his perfect face.
no way. no fucking way.
"did i-"
"yes ji you did. you spoke out loud." minho's small, slight giggles slowly turned into full-on unchecked laughs, the kind that only happens when one is totally and completely comfortable with someone. the type that echoes through the hallways of a mind for eternity. the kind that makes jisung horny. respectfully.
jisung groans, in more ways than one. "ok ok just go get your stupid little contacts so you can see properly, you blind ass mole." he chuckles to cover up the fact he got horny from seeing minho throw back his head, hyena laughing at the ceiling.
minho's eyes gleam with a challenge that jisung wasn't aware he extended. he stalks his way towards jisung, placing a hand on his slim shoulder.
unbeknownst to jisung, minho had to swallow back a groan at the ever so slightly prominent collarbone he felt under his palm. waiting to be marked up by him, big brown eyes practically begging for someone to come in and make them water with undiluted pleasure.
