Marlena was still very much on cloud nine after john's proposal.

He often finding herself playing with the ring.

Sam was already collecting wedding magazines and brochures of local venues for marlena.

Sam making sure to circle dresses and shoes and items that she thought marlena should have as part of her big day.

At the hospital.

Marlena went to a the emergency room to talk to a young woman.

The doctors think that the woman kill her baby son.

The baby boy died a while before the woman brought him in,

The baby boy suffocated, He couldn't get any air into his lungs and eventually that killed him.

Hi, I'm dr. Evens and what is your name.

Marlena asked  the young woman.

My name is Elizabeth and what kind of doctor are you?.

Elisabeth asked marlena.

I'm a psychiatrist.

Marlena said to Elizabeth.

I not crazy and i didn't kill my son, I love him, I didn't hurt him.

Elizabeth told marlena and she attack her.

Marlena felt something heavy hit her on the back of the head,

Marlena quickly put her hand to her cheek and she feel the blood seeping out onto her fingers.

Marlena had to get out of the room, she had to get help.

Marlena hit her face hard on the trolley

the police officer saw the young woman flee from the room and he ran after her.

They easing marlena onto a board, and up from the floor.

Marlena's face covered in blood,
her cheek swelling, and the bump on her head large and horribly painful.

John, marlena said again as Kayla Brady entered the room.

What happened?, Kayla asks her friend.

"She attack me.

Marlena said as Tom touched her sore cheek and swallowed thickly.

she hit me with something, something big and i fall on the ground.

Marlen told her coworkers.

Kayla looked around the small room.

She trying to decipher what the patient had hit marlena with.

An IV pole lay on the ground, marlena's blood spotted on it.

Where's john, I need him?.

Marlena asked as Tom prodded her cheek once more.
