Author POV:
It was a normal evening for the two young ladies at the park. (A/N: This sounds like a documentary intro..)
Shuhua and Soojin were walking together, side by side, as the younger was rambling about school to the elder. Shuhua had cracked a joke about how the teacher was wearing one of his weird outfits, and Soojin obviously laughed. As her sweet and quiet laughter came to a fading end, Shuhua looked at the woman beside her in awe with an unknown smile on her face. She was overjoyed to be the reason her best friend/crush was laughing.

Shuhua POV:
I stared at my best friend with a hint of love in my eyes and a smile. I always loved to be the reason she laughed. I loved to be the reason she smiled every day. I loved how her sweet laughter whenever I made a joke, whether it was funny or not, made my heart beat faster than it did before. I loved her smile and how the corners of her eyes wrinkled when she did. It could brighten anyone's day with just a glance. I just loved every little thing about her. How I wish it could've lasted forever...

Soojin POV:
I laughed as Shuhua made a joke about the teacher. When I was done laughing, I looked over at her, just to find her staring at me with an expression I couldn't quite understand. She soon looked away as she took my hand in hers and started running down the sidewalk. I struggled to keep up with my dear friend as she seemed to be running faster than Sonic. I kept asking her where we were going and why, only complaining because of my now sore muscles. She didn't answer me once.

Author POV:

The two arrived shortly thanks to running at a small hill, right before sunset. They were both panting like dogs by the time they arrived and sat down while trying to catch their breath. Soojin was astounded by the view her friend had taken her to. She was staring at right ahead of her, admiring the bright yet pastel colors, and didn't even notice a certain brunette staring at her side profile.

Shuhua POV:
I felt my cheeks get warm as my hand was still in hers. She didn't even notice. I stared at her with full admiration and love in my eyes as the faint colors of the sunset commented her milky, soft skin. The giant reddish-orange ball shining in her beautiful eyes. I just couldn't get enough of her. She turned her head towards me after a while, and her eyes caught mine. As I stared into her soothing gaze, I felt my heart burn with desire like I had been shot with an arrow from Cupid.

Soojin POV:
I felt like I was being stared at, so I turned my head towards Shuhua just to find my feelings to be proven right. I stared into her intense gaze and watched her eyes soften the more we stared at each other. Why did her look soften? Did she feel pity about something for me? Maybe I'm overthinking. I saw her eyes widen as she put her hand over her heart and looked away quickly. I raised a brow at her actions and put a hand on her shoulder. We both said nothing as we fell into a comfortable silence and watched the sunset.
