They say you should stop
Trying to catch those bastards
That burn in the night
People are calling fireflies
And mommy tells you
To kill the bugs in your head
You are calling dreams
But they haven't lived
Thousands of lives as you did
So why are you obedient
Like that
They say cicadas are crying
Suffocated from peace
So they decided to prey
On what can not be tamed
I say we are drowning in madness
When not holding each other's hands
And only in silence lays
The yet to be known truth
About fireflies, bugs and cicadas
