4. race

its been two months since you saw lando last time. you aren't texting anymore. but your head was full of him, you saw mclarens post on instagram. it was about this weekend's race in monza. you thought that you might see lando in the city but it was just thought.
and he was thinking of you as well too. he was in milan, you were in milan. there was a chance you could meet.
4 days before the free practice you got text from lando

its friday, after two months you will see lando again
you were walking into paddock and hoped to see lando somewhere around. you saw max fewtrell, he was walking into mclaren box. you run to him
"max!" you yelled, he turned around already knowing its gonna be you.he smiled at you and said "didn't see each other for while, right italy?"
you went straight to hug saying to him "i was scared that i won't see any familiar face here" you smiled.
you and max went inside mclaren box, you were hoping to see lando, max told you that lando and oscar have interview. so you and max went to the place where they were having the interview.
you were watching lando, you couldn't take your eyes off him. and then he saw you, his smile lightened on his face, his eyes were glowing as he saw you. he was so handsome.
when the interview ended you and max went to lando, next to lando was oscar and carlos.
lando looked at you and smiled, he had opened arms knowing you're gonna go for hug. you hugged, you missed him so much. "i missed you so much lucky charm" you said
"i missed you too y/n" said lando smiling at you
"so this is the beautiful y/n you were talking about last two months" said carlos
"he told us a lot about you" said oscar
"did he?" you looked at lando
"oscar, carlos you should shut up" said lando death staring at them, they were just laughing
"oh i wanna see y/n, i miss her" carlos and oscar were mocking lando and you and max were laughing about it.
lando had his arm around you and you were chatting with carlos,oscar and max. lando was admiring you the whole time. he whispered to you "you look so beautiful" you looked at him and you smiled. you couldn't stop smiling
when everyone left it was only you and lando
"i thought you wouldn't come" said lando
"why? i watch formula one and i missed you, i hoped to see you in the streets of milan randomly" you said with little laugh
"i had the same thought" he said smiling

on saturday lando was P2 on qualifying. you were proud of him. he was really happy. he wanted to take you on dinner but you couldn't because you had something with your family

it was sunday
lando gave you a ride to the paddock, paparazzi were all around asking if you are his new girlfriend. you weren't used to paparazzi because you were never famous or something. you are just girl from italy that no one knows. lando took you inside the paddock as soon as it was possible, he could see you were uncomfortable so he took you into mclaren box and to his room
you talked about what happened in last two months and then oscar came to landos room saying to him that he should change because the race starts in 30minutes
"i'm gonna leave and let you change" you said
"no that okay, you don't have to leave" he said with little smile
he changed and went into garage, you were watching him and he was getting in his car and then he quickly got out saying "i forgot something"
he walked to you, put his helmet down.
he kissed you. on your lips. in front of the whole mclaren crew that was in the garage. you were shocked and you weren't the only one, oscar was shocked too and the whole crew was just staring at you and lando. you smiled at him absolutely confused but you didn't mind at all. he winked at you and then put his helmet back on and got into his car.
the race started and you were hoping lando will be on the podium.
lando was trying to be on podium because he knew you were watching.
you were in garage watching the race, you were only focused on the race, on lando. it was last lap and lando ended up on P2, you were so happy for him.
verstappen was on P1 and carlos was P3. you went to the podium you were watching lando celebrating his P2. you could see he was so happy and you were so proud of him. you were looking at him like there was no one else. then camera from f1 tv showed you, you didn't know it at all and lando didn't know about it too. he looked at you and smiled, you showed thumbs up and smiled. you were very happy for lando and for carlos too! before you met lando you were always ferrari girl, now you were mclaren too!
when lando came down you were already waiting for him in the mclaren box.
"i saw you under podium" he said smiling at you
"was i supposed to be somewhere else?" you said smiling
"no no no, you were at the right place" he said smiling and kissed you on your forehead.
"so do you want to go party tonight? celebrate?" he asked
"of course" you said smiling

you went to party with lando, almost every driver was there. the first person that came to you was carlos he was already little drunk you could smell it
"i need you to meet someone" said carlos
"oh okay" you said laughing and carlos grabbed your hand and took you away
"charles this is a landos ferrari girl" said carlos
"hi i'm charles" he said
"hi i know who you are obviously... i mean i know you and i'm y/n" you said feeling awkward
charles was just looking at you and laughing. carlos and charles were already drunk you could see it and smell it too so you just laughed
you were dancing with charles because he took you
you were dancing and he asked "so landos girl huh"
you looked at charles and said "oh no carlos said it wrong, me and lando are not dating but-" you said
"but what?" charles asked, you wanted to say that you like lando but you didn't. "but nothing" you said and smiled. you and charles hit some shots
lando was watching you all the time, he was watching every move that you did and every move that charles did around you. charles was clearly flirting with you but you ignored it, he was drunk.
lando was getting little jealous, he was losing his patience but he didn't want to say anything.
when he saw charles's hands on your hips it was the last straw so he went to you and asked you"do you want to dance?"
"with you always lucky charm" you smiled and went dancing with lando, he wasn't drinking because he knew you will need a ride home.
as more shots you drunk more flirty you were around lando, you were flirting with him all night.
then you wanted to go home but in the car you said you want to be with him at night so you went to his hotel room. you ended up kissing him and he stopped you
"you are drunk" he said
"and?" you responded, you wanted him so bad but it was true you were drunk
"and you will regret this in morning" he said
you got mad so you went to his bed and fell asleep
he lied next to you and fell asleep too
you woke up and he wasn't next to you,he wasn't in his hotel room. you had really bad headache and didn't remember much.you heard keys unlocking door, it was lando
"i thought you will be hungry so i got you breakfast and some iced coffee because i know you like it"he said. you smiled at him and said "thank you, i have really bad headache"
"i thought that will happen" he said and laughed
"very funny, i don't remember much from yesterday but i remember that i got mad at you" you said
"you did, just because i didn't want to kiss you"
"oh"
"i feel like you might wanna get out of that dress"he said
"yeah... so where is your suitcase" you said laughing
he pointed on his suitcase and while you changed into some of his shorts and some big tshirt he took the breakfast from the bag and put it on the table
"so you were drinking pretty heavily yesterday" he said
"were you there mister?"
"you were flirting with me almost all night"
"i would do that even if i wasn't drunk"
"y/n" he said shocked
"what i'm just honest" you said laughing
