A lot To Remember

Chapter one

I wake up sweating. This has been happening a lot the nightmares. All I see the whole time is blood and red eyes under black hoods.
I haven't told my mother because she is going to get married soon and I didn't want to ruin her mood.

She's been trying to spend much more time with me. I guess she figured out just how much she misses out on my life. We were moving in with Trent since his house was much bigger and my mom thought it was a good idea even though he lived like 15 minutes away from us.

I get up and look at the clock to find its 5:39 am. I move around the packed boxes of my stuff and make my way to my bathroom and take a cold shower trying to relieve my thoughts. When I'm done I look back at the clock....
6:00am
I decide to go for a run which is a fail because it so happens to start raining. Today is the day we are supposed to move into Trent's house. Everything is packed and ready to go.

For me it wasn't that big of a deal to move away except for the fact that my father owned this home and it's where I grew up so yeah....no big deal...the truth is I hate the idea of moving out. But I keep it to myself.
At about 9 my mother comes down dressed and ready for work she sees me on the couch as she's about to walk out.

"Idle can I ask you something?" She asks I nod as I mute the price is right.
"You've been getting up early a lot...is everything okay?" I look at her she was genuinely worried.
"Yeah I'm okay just I'm really happy your happy now a days with the marriage and the moving" I say she smiles and I smile back.
"Thank you sweetie for being so supportive" I nod and regain my focus upon the tv screen as she heads out.

Ughhhhh..
I look down at my tank top and lift it up looking at the scar. I never understood how I got it. I must have fallen. But falling just didn't seem like the reason.
Nothing seemed right anymore..
Must be me.
