7. Overthinking

How many nights do I need to stop myself from ‘overthinking’? 

I spent to much time on overthinking. But is it really helping? Thinking about thinking, Plans about plans, steps about steps, but never been made into actions.

Stop over draining yourself, decisions, plans, ideas, problems, struggles, and more. It's not a healthy habit anymore. Don't let these things stay in your mind.
Because if you continue, this may turn into anxiety, depression and it will keep stressing you out.

Everything will be affected, Can't sleep at night, and can't even focus on things in reality. Sometimes we don't even allow others to talk about it, or let others listen.

We should learn on how to handle things in our hands. Let others know our situation, the struggles that we have.

Because it is a battle between your mind and reality.  We always think of something that not yet happening, we already had plans, how to handle it. It's all precise and organized. And once that it didn't happened. We will blame our self again. I overthink to much to the point that we will believe in ourselves anaymore.

So stop overthinking.... Remember our mental health matters.
