It was a calling. Just the same as all the others but this time they were together. It was white, completely white and they were still holding each other.
"Ben?" He didn't reply, just squeezed her a little tighter to settle her anxiety.
"Choose Ben" it was a voice they had never heard. Clear and loud.
"But cal" this time it was Ben's voice. They both looked around. They couldn't see anyone though.
"Come on Ben, please" it was Saanvi. She sounded desperate. She let go and looked up at Ben who looked worried. And this time she buried herself in his chest.

They were back. In the closet still holding each other. When they walked out Ben saw Grace collecting their bags. "Yes an appointment at 8 am tomorrow. Great thank you" He looked at her hard and she just nodded. They couldn't talk here. Not in-front of Grace.

Saanvi lay in her bed staring up at the ceiling. She didn't have Alex anymore. Or Ben. She didn't have anyone. 2013 Saanvi had her studies, and a sick Cal. She couldn't sleep anyway so she decided that her studies would be easier. Just to remember what she did years ago was hard. Pain staking. The fact she had the answer but she couldn't reach it hurt her more then trying to sleep. She hadn't felt this way in years. The urge. It was like an itch, she knew how to scratch it. The cold blade near her tan skin, she knew she shouldn't do it but she did.

Ben found her number on the hospital website. So when he rang in the middle of the night as he is sat in his cold garage. It rang twice before she answered.
"Hey..." his voice soft, delicate.
"Ben?" Her voice came out in more sobs then words.
"What's wrong?" He asked worried. She just cried into the phone. Beep. The call ended. "Shit" he grabbed his bags wrote a quick note and left in his car.

She didn't expect him to show up at her house this late at night so when the car headlights shone through her closed curtains. She didn't get up though, just stayed in her childhood bedroom. The teal walls and small single bed. A teddy bear on the shelve in the corner, the one she used to love. He came in and burst through her once closed door.
"Saanvi, oh shit" he saw her arm. Great she thought. Of course Ben had to find out now. After all they had been through this is how he found out.
"I'm sorry" is all she could sob out. But Ben was shaking his head. He held her close, on the floor cradling her in his arms. They needed this, it hurt but they needed to feel eachothers embrace once more.
"It's gonna be okay saanvi. I promise."
