Who wouldn't fall in love with someone who possesses such charisma?
"Aurina Lizel! bumaba kana rito at baka ma-late kapa!" my mom is calling out to me, shouting my name.
I stopped in my tracks and realized, my eyes widened. May pasok pa pala ako! I was so focused on looking at my baby's face in the pictures on my bed.
I quickly grabbed the pictures of Dior from my bed and hid them in the cabinet. "Pababa na po!" I shouted
As I looked at myself in the mirror, I realized how beautiful I am. My eyes are slanted, my lips are glossy, and I have fair skin with a well-defined nose.
Ngumiti ako sa salamin and I struck some cute poses as I admired my appearance in the mirror.
"Aurina!" I let out a sigh and rolled my eyes. "Eto na nga po, bababa na." as I opened the door and came face-to-face with my mom. My eyes widened and you couldn't help but jump in surprise.
"Ah!" napasigaw ako sa gulat. "Mommy! 'bat ka naman nanggugulat!"
She laughed in response to your reaction. "Sorry na, ang tagal mo kasing bumaba. Akala ko kung ano nang nangyari sa'yo."
I smiled sadly she knows about my previous suicidal intentions because I had been feeling depressed since my father left.
"Mommy, okay na po ako. Matagal na po 'yon, kaya huwag kanang mag-alala." I assured her.
"Yes po, Tita. May crush na nga 'yan e." I was startled by someone speaking.
I turned around and tears started welling up in my eyes. "Veronica!"
She smiled and opened her arms, "come to momma!"
I glanced at my mother, and she nodded with a smile on her face. I quickly ran towards my best friend and hugged her tightly. She immediately hugged me back.
"I-i miss you, Veronica." I whispered. She chuckled, "I miss you, too, Aurina."
Napatigil ako nang ma-alala ko na may pasok pa pala ako! "Shit! V-veronica, may pasok pa kasi ako," kumalas ako sa pag-kakayakap n'ya.
"U-Uhm, punta ka nalang rito mamaya marami akong i-kukuwento sa'yo." Pahina nang pahina ang boses ko. Nakakahiya kasi, kakapunta palang n'ya rito, papaalisin na agad.
My mother chucked, "Huwag kang mag-alala, Aurina, she will also be studying at your school.
"She has already enrolled, and all you need to do now is go to school because you're running late." She chuckled
My eyes sparkled, and I pulled Veronica. "Bye, Mommy!"
"Goodbye, Aurina. . . Veronica, bantayan n'yo ang isa't isa. " She said as she leaned against the door.

Nga pala, Veronica, pa'no mo nalamang may crush na ako? e, na sa ibang-bansa ka naman." I asked curiously as we walked, and Veronica chuckled in response.
"Shunga, 'yun 'yung palagi mong sinasabi sa'kin, not just on Twitter, but on all your social media platforms." I was surprised and covered my mouth, realizing that I had forgotten that because I always focus on Dean's face.
She took out her cellphone, and I furrowed my brow and raised an eyebrow as she did something on her phone. "Eto oh!"
"Ang ali-" naputol ang sasabihin ko nang iharap ni Veronica ang Cellphone n'ya sa mukha ko. "Tignan mo."
"Aray ko!" hinampas ko ang kamay n'ya. "Pa'no ko makikita, e, nilagay mo sa harap nang mukha ko!" Kinuha ko ang Cellphone sa kamay n'ya.
I looked at our conversation and I didn't feel embarrassed at all. I felt extremely proud because my crush was worth it and it made me really happy.
