After stoicks dramatic death hiccup has not done something and that was SMILE he wouldn't do it but Astrid was going to change all of that...

Hiccup just smile Astrid said with a tint of frustration in her voice. Astrid had just walked in with stormfly to sharpen her axe and saw hiccup crying on the floor.

Yes She sounded harsh but she wanted her boyfriends goofy smile back

Astrid look sighed hiccup I know you hate the new me but I am scared I am chief come on the last time I was chief while dad was gone I set fire to the great hall

(Flashback)
Astrids PoV
I woke up to the smell of burning I got out of bed to see the great hall on fire and hiccup sitting on toothless looking as guilty as ever throwing buckets on the roaring fire.
Hiccups PoV
I woke up to the smell of fresh air and I decided to light the fire as it was a chilly morning. I was lighting the fire when toothless came bounding up to me knocking me and the burning match on the floor.then the wooden hall burst into flames oh great I thought I can see my dads face already
Time skip
Hiccup yelled my dad so loudly the hall village jumped I was gone for a few weeks and I come back and see my son the future chief standing next the great hall which is burnt to bits!
(End off flashback)
Astrids PoV
I was laughing so hard after that memory came into my head and hiccup was laughing as well.
He not onley smiled he laughed wow I am good.
