Nightmares Haunting

Wednesday pov:

I wake up in Enid's bed and go downstairs to eat breakfast

"Good morning sweetie" Esther says

"Goodmorning" I say back to not be rude, considering they're letting me stay here for a while.

"Come take a seat" she says happily 

I take a seat and she gives me a plate of food

"Thank you so much for letting me stay" I say rolling up my sleeves to eat

Am I serious what am I doing, my scars are gonna show. Whatever Enid probably already told her.

"So how are you adjusting to the school?" She asks starting a conversation 

"Well" I say hesitantly 

"Your aloud to stay as long as you want, I know it's not good at home for you" she welcomes me

"Thank you" I feel welcomed here, that's different.

(Time skip we're at the Addams house with Esther Enid and Wednesday)

Knock knock knock

"Hello?" A raspy voice says

"Hello sir, I'm just let"

"Wednesday, get in here, now!" My dad yanks my arm into the door.

"Dad!" I try to rip him off me but he doesn't let go.

He throws me into my room 

(Time skip 30 minutes later)

Bang bang

There's a bang on the front door until I hear it break down from my room. I get up and run out 9f my room and my eyes go wide while I stand at the railing. There was police arresting my dad right in front of me.

"Miss are you alright!?" A officer says walking up to bring me outside away from the house.

"Yeah, Uhm yeah yeah I'm alright." I say my voice cracking each word.

"Did he hurt you?" The officer asks.

"Y-yes" a tear rolls down my face. Then I see Enid running up to me.

"Wednesday!" She embraces me.

"I-''

"You don't have to thank us, Wednesday you're safe and you can live with us" she smiles wide.

"Thank you" I hug her tighter.

(Time skip to them going to school)

"We're here!" Esther makes known.

"You ready?" Enid asks.

"Why would I not be?" I avoid her question.

"Well, I don't know." She admits

We walk into our dorm and set down our things.

"We just have to set up"

"Alright"
