Mimi started going straight to ZhangLi, and made AhLi step back. His back hit the door, and that was the thing that terrified him. Mimi, when arriving to him, slamed his left hand on the door, and with the other one lifted ZhangLi's chin.
He could see the terror in in his eyes, as tears were slowly formed there. But that wasn't what he needed to worry about right now. And without hesitation, from a whisper to a yell, he said:"I don't want to see you around that guy again.. Am I clear!?" He said, making ZhangLi flinch at the last three words.
Mimi waited for an anwer.
"..."
"Am I. Clear?" He repeated. This time in a lower tone. The lower tone meant he was even more angry. Which was something to expect from a tyrant.
ZhangLi could bet his own self that the maids in the corridor were even more scared because of that. But he was brave. Brave to even fuc- a celebrity, and even if he got caught, he still wouldn't be afraid. And soo, our little angel had a furious look on his face, that meant 𝒉𝒐𝒘 𝒄𝒐𝒖𝒍𝒅 𝒕𝒉𝒊𝒔 𝒖𝒏𝒈𝒓𝒂𝒕𝒆𝒇𝒖𝒍 𝒕𝒚𝒓𝒂𝒏𝒕 𝒕𝒐𝒖𝒄𝒉 𝒎𝒆? And without hesitation, he punched Mimi in the face, with the back of his right hand, from right to left. Mimi was shocked at this reaction. ZhangLi was also shocked. He didn't do that on purpose. He actually wanted to punch him in the face, but didn't cause he knew he would be executed.
Mimi reached his face with his right hand, trying to see if he was bleeding. And indeed, his nose was bleeding. He didn't want to execute ZhangLi, but at least some punishment didn't hurt him to death. AhLi quickly fell on his knees, looking down, trying not to cry but stay strong. Mimi just went to grab something from his(Mimi) left, making ZhangLi not dare look up.
He could hear a metal-kind-of sound, getting more and more curious on what was that.
He felt Mimi's left hand grab his, and make him stand up, with a lot of force. While he had time he tried to put the chain, that that was the thing were the metal-kind-of sound came from, around his hands, with a lot of struggle. "LET ME GO!! DON'T TOUCH ME!! LEAVE ME ALONE!!" AhLi kept screaming, trying to get out of the king's grip(:v), while Mimi was forcefully bringing him to his bed (:v).
He put AhLi on top of the bed (xd), and took the tip of the chain trying to put it on top of the ceiling (he had a special thing where to put the tip of the chain, specially made for those kinds of things, u k what things..). To stop ZhangLi from struggling, he put his leg on top of his chest, and putted a little bit of weight on it, making AhLi whimper from the pain. Ofcourse Mimi didn't like this, but it was all he could do. After he finished his job at the ceiling (Lol),he got down seeing a now crying ZhangLi. Without hesitation or anything, he placed on his forehead a small kiss (:D), trying to calm him down.

Time passed, and the four maids in the corridor did Mimi's bedroom as good as new. They asked ZhangLi why he doesn't go out of Mengjia and to another city, or, why doesn't he become a simple guard or citizen and not the king's bodyguard. He just said that it was his decision, and that nobody could tell him what to do. "Little brother, we're just worried about you. That tyrant is just carzy for yo-.." one of the maids said, and stopped.
" 'Crazy for?' " ZhangLi repeated, trying to get the sentence fully said. "N-nothing that you need to worry about. Just, don't mind what she said." Another maid said, trying to change the subject. The four maids bowed, and went to do their actual job.
Now, AhLi was in that tyrant's room, all alone, with his hands up, and not knowing what to do than just thinking what the youngest maid wanted to say, or sleep, since he was exhausted.
For a little bit, he thought about what that maid could've said, and then, when he had no more options, he fell asleep

It was night time when Mimi came back. When he first entered the room, he had some Qataef with him, for ZhangLi to eat. No mater how hard he tried to feed him, he would refuse to open his mouth. "Look I know you're mad at me, but atleast eat!" Mimi said looking at ZhangLi with a rather sad look on his face, AhLi just tried his best to avoid eye contact. Mimi gave up and put the food on the small table beside the bed.
He then went to the other side of the room, and started getting undressed, and get ready to sleep. ZhangLi just closed his eyes, trying not to look at the King while he was changing, and tried to fall asleep.
After Mimi finished getting ready for bed, he went straight to ZhangLi and took the chain from his hands off, but put another one on his right leg, to make sure he will be comfortable at night, and won't escape. He then blew all the candles, not a single one remaining on, and lay down beside ZhangLi, hugging him. AhLi had no words, but he knew it was best to not complain...
