That following week on weekend when karan came back home

As they sat at the dinner table, Karan and Kiara engaged in a lively conversation, discussing various topics. However, Tripura remained unusually quiet, her thoughts consumed by the unsettling discoveries she had made about her husband.

She was unable to behave as she had before, her fear of him now casting a long shadow over their interactions.

Karan, noticing Tripura's distant demeanor and her failure to respond to Kiara's question, grew curious and concerned. He could sense that something was amiss, and his curiosity began to gnaw at her.

With a furrowed brow and a concerned tone in his voice, he asked,

K : Tripura, is everything okay? You seem distant tonight. Is something bothering you?

His question hung in the air, creating an awkward tension at the dinner table.

In that tense and unsettling moment, Tripura found herself standing by the window in their room. The room was dimly lit, casting elongated shadows across the space. As she gazed out of the window, lost in her own thoughts, Karan entered the room. His presence startled her, and when he wrapped his arms around her from behind, then he started tracing her skin arround her neck with his lips and his hands were unbottoning her dress  she felt her heart pounding rapidly.

Karan's touch, once familiar and comforting, now felt suffocating and unbearable to her. His breath on her neck felt monstrous, sending shivers down her spine. Tripura was caught between fear and uncertainty, unable to speak or move as Karan's grip on her tightened, he lifted her in his arms and took her to the bed and laid her down his actions suggesting an intention that filled her with dread

As Karan leaned in closer, and Tripura felt his presence intimately, she glanced into his eyes, searching for the familiarity and warmth that had once been there. However, what she saw in his gaze was a profound sense of unfamiliarity. His eyes, which had once been a source of comfort, now appeared distant and enigmatic, like she was staring into the depths of a stranger's soul. It sent a chilling sensation down her spine, intensifying her unease and uncertainty about the man she thought she knew so well

K : What is it darling ? Are you not well or you have been missing me a lot well tonight I can compensate that

And he smirked evilishly tripura gulped down her throat was dried up and heartbeat was quickened then Karan went a little more closer and started slide down her dress from her shoulder and planted some kiss on there tripura was suffocating a lot that she tried to push him away

As Tripura attempted to push him away, a sudden surge of fury coursed through Karan's veins. His anger flared uncontrollably, and he responded with a forceful and unsettling action. He nearly pinned her to the bed, his grip tightening, and his eyes burned with an intensity that sent a shiver of fear through her.In that tense moment, the room seemed to close in around them, and Tripura found herself trapped, face-to-face with a man she no longer recognized. Karan's gaze bore into her with an unsettling ferocity, leaving her feeling vulnerable and helpless in the face of his overwhelming anger and aggression

Tripura astounded at his behavior but she gathered some strength and pushed him away and got up in the bed she was panting heavily

K: (Frustrated) Tripura, what's going on with you? Your behavior has been so strange lately. You've been distant, avoiding me, and now you're pushing me away. I can't bear this attitude anymore. What's wrong?

Tripura stayed calm

K : I just can't understand why don't to go to a doctor if you are having issues being like this only affecting our relationship don't you get it answer me got damn it what is it about

He yelled so tripura trembled a little

Tripura's sudden and unexpected question about avishka caught Karan off guard. He blinked in surprise before responding.

K: (Taken aback) Avishka's body? Near to  my university? What are you talking about, this is what you are concern about now

T: (Serious) I saw a news report, Karan. They mentioned her name, and it said she was found near your university. I just find it hard to believe that you wouldn't have any clue about it.

K: (Worried) : How I supposed to know about her and I thought you have forgotten but you are still on the same track I am just fed up of your delusional behavior I have no interest to talk about this now you hear this

And then he left the room and slammed the door real hard

Next morning tripura woke up at the dawn and without letting anyone know she left the house

After couple of hours when she came back she saw the downstairs was empty
As tripura climbed the stairs, her mind racing with thoughts about Karan's hidden secrets, she reached the landing and glanced around the quiet house. Her curiosity and concern grew as she heard faint sounds of piano music coming from Kiara's room.Approaching the room, she slowly pushed the door open, revealing a scene that heightened her anxiety. Karan was inside, helping Kiara play a new song on her piano. Their closeness and the memory of Karan's secrets flooded Tripura with fear for her daughter's safety.With a sense of urgency, Tripura entered the room, her face filled with concern, and said,

T :  Kiara, sweetheart, it's time for breakfast now.

Her voice trembled slightly, as she tried to hide her unease while ensuring her daughter's well-being

Then suddenly Karan asked her

K : Tripura where have you been since morning ?

T : I went for a walk just feeling stuffy a lot so thought fresh air will ease me

Karan chuckled and said

K : Then why didn't you woke me up ?

T : I wanted to but

Then she looked at kiara once so Karan understood

But Inside, her anxiety continued to grow as she concealed the knowledge of the GPS and voice tracking device she had secretly placed in his car. She couldn't reveal her suspicions just yet, so she simply left the room, her emotions concealed behind a stoic expression, determined to uncover the truth on her own terms

After she left the room Karan thought

Karan, after Tripura left the room, felt a sense of reassurance wash over him. He believed that his display of impatience from the previous night had reminded Tripura of her role as an obedient wife. In his mind, he had carefully chosen her because of her submissive nature, and he believed that she wouldn't dare go against his will.This newfound calmness allowed him to relax momentarily, convinced that he had reasserted control in their relationship.
