I wash my hair like 3 times a week. BUT I don't put shampoo I only wash my hair with condisner. I get a whole lot put it on my scalp. On the front middle top and back of my Scalp. Then I message it. This is called cowash. I wash my body THEN I take out the condiser. When I dry my hair I use a old t shirt since I don't have a micofabric tile. Sorry if I have a lot of bad spelling lol.
Anways. I let it air dry then when I go to sleep I put it in a very high ponytail. Like a unicorn lol. And sleep like that at night. Use a silky fabric pillow.
