𝐃𝐄𝐋𝐀𝐍𝐘 𝐇𝐀𝐒 𝐀𝐋𝐖𝐀𝐘𝐒 𝐁𝐄𝐄𝐍 𝐈𝐍𝐋𝐎𝐕𝐄 𝐖𝐈𝐓𝐇 𝐌𝐔𝐒𝐈𝐂, 𝐇𝐄𝐑 𝐌𝐔𝐒𝐈𝐂 𝐓𝐀𝐒𝐓𝐄 𝐈𝐒 𝐈𝐌𝐏𝐄𝐂𝐀𝐁𝐋𝐄. She walked around the house with her playlist blasting on the speaker.

"IF YOU HAD A TWIN I WILL STILL CHOOSE YOU, ION WANNA RUSH INTO IT IF ITS TOO SOOONN" she screamed drakes verse.

Delany honestly loved drake, he's most definitely her favorite artist. Shes been to more than 10 of his concerts throughout her discovery of him.

"Ele, Jayla texted me and asked if we all would like to go the local pool 2 blocks down?" Emily asked "uhh yea sure give me a few" Delany said before stopping the music.

"Heyy!" the Gonzalez family greeted Jayla, "hi guys! thanks for coming, my family's table is right down there, we're having a bbq so if you'd like, you guys can join in" She explained.

Everyone nodded and walked towards the Waltons family's table. "hey mom, dad. This is the Gonzalez family i told you guys about" Jayla smiled "Oh, hey! I hope we get to join in on the competitive tag!" Her mother joked, everyone laughed.

"Hi, im Delany, this is Naomi, Emily, Monet, and my mother Andrea" Delany introduced them all "You guys all have beautiful names! Im Jessica, this is my husband DJ" she replied.

Jessica and Andrea began talking while the girls walked to the pool "Jayla, do you have any siblings?" Monet blurted out. "Yup! i got a little brother around your age, and 2 brothers that are Delany's age" she answered. "Is your little brother here? not to be mean but you guys are boring" whispered the last part, they all gasped before laughing.

"you're funny Monet, but yea, you see the one in blue shark swim trunks? thats him" she said, pointing at the little boy, Monet bolted right after.

"Are you guys liking Bali so far?" Jayla asked "yea its so pretty, i wish i could live here" Emily answered

"yea, do you live here?" Delany wondered "nope! im here for a week, i leave in 3 days" Jayla smiled.

"Us too" Naomi spoke. They all got in the water and as soon as it hit 5 feet, Delany was already on her tippy toes. "you're so short" Jayla giggled "Stop i know" Delany whined "our 5'3 queen" Emily joked causing Delany to put her head under the water.

Soon after they began having water fights, Delany would be on Jaylas shoulder and Emily on Naomi's.

"OH YEA! you guys suck" Delany cheered as her and Jayla won for the 6th time out of 8. "shut up ele, you got someone who actually works out carrying you" Naomi sarcastically rolled her eyes.

Once the sun began to set and the wind began to blow Delany decided it was time for her to get out and eat. She walked towards the table and grabbed her stuff before walking to the open shower.

There was a boy with his back turned towards her already using it, so she sat on the bench using her phone waiting on him.

Once 15 minutes went by her patience was gone "Are you almost done? You've been washing your hair for the longest" She complained, the boy turned around revealing his nicely shaped abs, and gorgeous face.

"oh shit, my bad, i didnt realize someone was waiting, the water felt nice, im really sorry" he smiled before turning the water off.

"Oh, you're good" she returned the smile, once he walked away Delany smacked her head. How could she be so bluntly mean towards someone so perfect and nice.

Once she was done she threw on her baggy shirt and jean shorts on top of her bikini. She walked back to the table and saw her mom and Jessica still chatting up a storm.

"Oh hey ele, you hungry?" Andrea asked her daughter, she nodded.

Delany sat, and put her head down as she waited for her mom to prepare her a burger. She felt a presence next to her, she peeked out and saw the same boy from the shower.

"Hi again" he greeted when he peeped her looking "hi" she mumbled "whats your name?" he questioned "my name" she sarcastically replied. He chuckled, "you're funny. Im Javon" he told her.

"Delany, i prefer Ele tho" she said "Why Ele? Is Ele in Delany?" he asked "Nope, it isn't, my middle name is Eleanor so" she pursed her lips, he nodded.

"Wait you're Delany like the one Jayla met the other day?" he remarked "I mean she could know many Delany's but im gonna go with yes.." She smiled.

"Mom, ima start heading back, can bring me the burger once you get home?" Delany asked her mom while she gathered her stuff "We're heading to the Waltons home in a few, you should come with us" her mom suggested.

"I would but im really cold" she explained "if you're cold im sure Wanna could walk you back now" Jessica suggested "who's that?" Delany wondered "me" Javon said.

"Oh, would u mind?" she asked him "nah, im getting cold myself" he laughed, she smiled in return.

"K bye mom, i'll see u ina few" Delany waved goodbye, putting her tote bag on her shoulder.

They walked in silence for a few minutes before Javon began to speak "How old are you?"

"17, you?" she returned the question "me too" he smiled "no weird shit, but your smile is really pretty" she blurted "thank you, yours too" he complimented.

"We're here" He said stopping in front of a house. He unlocked the and held it open for her to walk in.

Delany observed the place and saw family photos all around "wait so is this like a vacation home?" Delany questioned "yea, we come about 2 times every year" he nodded "hm, your home is really pretty, it has a pinterest aesthetic, like its soothing to stare at everything" She commented "Thank you" he smiled and said.

"You hungry? Thirsty?" He asked "Yea but i'll just wait for my mom to come back with the food" she shook her head, declining his offer.

Soon after it got quiet again as she sat on one side of the couch and he sat on another. She zoned out for a few minutes before falling asleep.

"Thank you guys for having us! It was lovely meeting you all!" exclaimed Andrea "same to you! i hope to see you all again!" Jessica gave them all hugs before shutting her door.

"When you went to sleep everyone was playing board games, it was so much fun they even let us eat ice cream after 1am! oh and you were snoring in your sleep, me and daelo were laughing so much!" Monet yapped and yapped all the way home.

Once they reached their airbnb that was only 7 minutes away Delany showered and immediately fell asleep right after getting comfortable.
