A/n: Guess who's back! I'm so sorry for the long and unannounced hiatus, and I wouldn't be surprised if you thought I was dead.  But when I said I was determined to finish and not abandon this I was not lying! Also don't ask why I posted this so late, because I don't have a good answer.

"Bff, Friendship never e-ends," the girls posed and sang in harmony as the song ended.

"Woo-hoo, yeah! Thanks so much, you've been a great audience!" Iris announces as she points to the audience, "Please stick around and enjoy the carnival booths, all funds go to Kids of Tweed's Orphanage," Iris continues. "I've volunteered there for years, and believe me it's a great cause! Goodnight Lolirock, and have fun!" with that, Iris, Talia and Auriana wave while walking off the stairs, you also leave, going to meet them backstage.

While backstage, you were chatting with the girls about random topics. You were waiting for some girls from the orphanage to come in, as Iris told you Ms. Tweed was going to introduce a few to the band. Just then, a knock sounds from the door.

"Yes! Come in," Iris calls out, setting down the brush she was using to untangle her hair.

The door opens and a young girl with blonde hair runs in and puts the girls into what seems like a tight hug.

"Um, hello?" Taila asks in an unimpressed tone.

"Oh Olivia, hi" Iris pats the girl's head and Talia looks at her in confusion. "She's one of the girls At Tweed's, Ms. Tweed said she would introduce a few of them to us" Iris explains.

"And that's my que to get going, I have to meet up with someone anyways," you say and walk toward the door.

"Ohh, is it a boy?" Auriana asks while still being hugged.

"Woah, Auriana there are kids present," you say but turn your head to her and wink, confirming her suspicions.

"Anyways, it was great seeing you again Ms. Tweed," you wave to her as you leave.

As soon as you're out of sight you text Nathaniel a quick text saying you're on your way.

You look around the spot you were supposed to meet up with Nathaniel, not able to see him. You're about to send him another text before you hear your name being called out.

You turn to see Nathaniel waving to you. You wave back as he walks up to you.

"Sorry if I'm a bit late," he says sheepishly.

"Not a problem, anyways, I saw this booth with plushies that Iris would like, do you want to start there?" you ask him, and he nods. You were with Nathaniel at the carnival so he could find a plushie he could gift Iris, while also hanging out with you as you hadn't done it in a while.

You lead him to the booth you were telling him about, seeing the two attendants standing waiting for people to play the game they had set up. One attendant had light brown hair in two low buns and blue eyes, the other had blonde hair and green eyes, they both seemed familiar, but you couldn't place it.

The brunette came up to you two as she saw you approaching, "Do you two want a chance to win a stuffed animal?" the girl asks the two of you as the blonde stands off to the side, glaring at the two of you.

You and Nathaniel shrug off the blonde attendant and accept the girl's offer, moving closer to the booth.

"Ladies first," Nathaniel says with a smug grin.
