A whole week passed and Namjoon was more than happy to hang out with Bogum. The two became so close it was incredible. It almost seemed like Seokjin was new here, not Namjoon. But Seokjin looked like he gave zero damn about their rising friendship which wasn't helping their plans at all. Namjoon listened to everything Bogum told him to do. Seokjin always loved when girls put their hair up. Sure, he didn't have enough hair to put it up but Bogum found a cute, yellow bobby pin with a bow and pushed his bangs up, revealing his face more. Namjoon felt so shy since he was used to his bangs but he would do it if it would make Seokjin soft.

"What kind of a hairstyle is that? You look hilarious." Seokjin deadpaned when he saw him beside the lockers. Namjoon was cut off words. He just smiled and brushed it off. Of course he didn't care but Namjoon didn't lose hope yet. There must be some way to get close to him and who would know it better than his best friend?

Bogum also told him Seokjin absolutely loved sea food. Namjoon wasn't a pro at cooking but he gave it a go. He spent hours at his home, making prawn jambalaya, a recipe he found in his mother's cooking book that looked very tasty. He poured every bit of his feelings into the meal and happily brought it to his dorm. Seokjin wasn't amazed. He accepted the meal though but nothing more, nothing less. He ate it in front of Namjoon and eventually said it was okay. It was like an arrow to his chest. Namjoon sighed. He was right, it wouldn't be easy but he didn't want to give up.

Bogum also told Namjoon he didn't like it when people were all over him. Namjoon already knew that so he made sure to keep a slight distance between them. Seokjin opened his eyes and looked at him. "Why are you sitting so far away from me? Do I have a desease?" Namjoon looked stupid, for a fact.

His head was laying firmly against the table while Bogum had his arms crossed over his chest as he thought. "What should we do next.. Hm.."

"You're a good person, Bogum. You went through so much for me that most of the time I think I should have fallen in love with you, not Seokjin." Namjoon said.

"Eh?"

"You dedicated yourself so much to me."

"No, it's you who's doing all of this. Your strong will and love is what you should be thanking. I'd be the happiest to have someone do this much for me. I love people like you. " Bogum said.

Namjoon blushed. "T-Thank you."

Bogum gasped. "I didn't mean love in that way!"

"It's okay, I understand!" Namjoon yelled, his hands flying in front of him. "I didn't even understand it like that." They started laughing together but Namjoon's laugh soon faded, before it turned into small whimpers. Bogum opened his eyes, his eyes widening when he saw Namjoon crying. Namjoon hid his face with his hands. He couldn't stop himself. He hated how weak he was.

"Namjoon, please don't cry." Bogum said. He looked down, frowning. "I will make this work. I have to."

Namjoon arrived at the central park, surprised to see Seokjin already there. "Seokjin?" Seokjin turned around and looked at him while holding a phone into his hand. "What are you doing here?"

"Bogum called me." Seokjin said. "And what are you doing here?"

"Seokjin. Namjoon." Bogum said as he stood in front of them. "I'm sorry for calling you out at this hour but I have something important to tell you."

"It's okay... What's wrong?" Namjoon asked.

"Seokjin, I want to apologize to you first." Bogum began. Seokjin stared at him. "I.... I actually fell in love with Namjoon. I rejected it at first, considering you are my best friend but I can't reject my feelings anymore. Seeing him work so hard, made me wish I had someone like him by my side." Seokjin frowned a little, obviously confused by his statement.
