Chan-Yeol also known as Seven in documents and conversations. His name is rarely dropped for security purposes.
He is the overseer over any South Korean bots made by his hand. He receives the same cautious like the Denmark Overseer, not much is known about him. But when dealing with him, every leader in rainbow is very cautious when talking to him.
It isn't because he is scary, but rather when making deals or any contract he ensures it is beneficial to him.
Seven's take on rainbow and robots is like the rest of South Korean. They view them as just machines for them to use, and are replaceable. He is the reason why Dokkaebi annual goes through a reset, where he views her personality and memories to make sure nothing is "corrupted."
He recently made Ram after what happened to Dokkaebi, and now learning of Vigil's injuries he finally decided to implement his own version of a murder drone in her system. He has warned Sam Miller of such and sees it as, "a necessary assistance."
