Summary
After another day of fighting with the Powerpuff Girls, and unfortunately being defeated once more. The rowdy ruff boys decide to devise a plan on how to find the Powerpuff Girl's weaknesses...
For their plan to unfold Boomer will be going in a disguise that none of the boys would ever want to do themselves.
Brick and butch decide to disguise their younger brother as a girl and have him go be with the Powerpuff Girls all day long until he can find weaknesses while spying on them.
Will the Powerpuff Girls catch on to the boy's plan or will they be oblivious to that? Boomer is in a disguise.? Will Bubbles find out first, and keep his dirty secret, or will she expose her counterpart to the girls and capture him instead??
