Chapter 9 confession and redemption 

Boomer liked bubbles through the containment beam as she had a frown on her face. He could see the look of sadness and betrayal and questioned why he would do such a thing...

"It was all my brother's idea... we were sick and tired of always losing to your girls and wanted to see what your weaknesses were. They decided that it would be best that one of us sneaks into your home as a girl and goes with you throughout your day to spot any weaknesses that we can report back that evening.," he explained while looking at her with a sad face. " we played rock paper scissors as well as draw straws and I, unfortunately, lost to my brothers.. we were forced to go to stories like Clares and Victoria's Secret and other places to make me a girly like you girls. I hated wearing that eyeshadow and I hated wearing the dresses... I know you made my girlie before out of humiliation for this wishes overdone."

Bubbles soon felt sorry for the blue rowdy, Ruff boy, and thought that maybe it was best to talk to her sisters to see if she could let him out of the containment mean.

" I'm sorry bubbles... and yeah I know about your secrets and confessions that you girls like me and my brothers. To tell you the honest, truth... I liked you too, but my brothers would never allow me to date a power path or be caught dead with one...." he continued as he put his hands behind his back...

Boomer was getting back into the position to sit down again until bubbles came closer to the beam. She knew that the blue rough had a conscience. I was sorry for what he had done.. no, I can blame him now because his two older brothers were always abusive and manipulative to him. Bubbles wanted to figure out a way for Boomer could be redeemed for his actions...

" I forgive you, Boomer... I'll try talking to my sisters to see if there's a way that I can just let you out by keeping your two brothers in here. I know you three are just as powerful as each other, but I don't want you to get hurt.." she said while continuing to look at him.

The two blues soon went to bed and Bubbles went back upstairs to join. Her sister is in her room... The next morning came and blossomed in buttercup. We're well rested.. on the other hand, Bubbles was still fast asleep, cuddling her stuffed toy. Blossom looked over to her blonde sister. I noticed the do on her face and so she has been crying...

None of them mattered though, because the girls were getting ready to go down to the lab to see what they were going to do with the three rowdy ruff boys. They went downstairs to find the red Ralph and the green one still asleep, but the blonde boy still had a sad look on his face.. before any damage could be done by Buttercup Bubbles immediately rushed out of bed and went down to the lab to join her sisters.

" What do you think their punishment should be for spying on us??" Asked Blossom looking after three boys

" I think we should give him the beating of a lifetime?" Replied buttercup, as she was pounding, her face into her hand.

" Girls... I think we should let boomer girl..." Bubble, spoke up with a whisper

Her two sisters stared at her and Shark and wondered why on earth was there dumb blonde, to say such a thing.

" Boomer and I talked last night, and I learned that he was tricked into doing this by his brothers. He never wanted to be dressed up as a girl.." Bubbles explained

" But what if he's lying to you??" Question, Buttercup, while staring at the blind boy in the containment mean

" You can ask the people downtown..." Boomer, replied for the very first time of the day, "You can go to all of the girly stores in Townsville, and I can assure you that they will prove to you guys that I was turned into a girl against my will."

Blossom and Buttercup soon left the lab to go around town to ask people as witnesses if they saw the rowdy ruff boys in the girly stores. They doubted it, because those boys hated anything girly.. bubbles was once again left alone with Boomer. Before long, the two other rowdy ruff boys had woken up to still find themselves in the containment Rae...

" That was the strangest dream I've ever had..." Brick said while rubbing his head.

"Ummm brick... I don't think this was a dream" butch replied while staring around the room. He noticed the bubbles were standing right in front of all three of them, and cutting her eyes out boomer...

" Looks like the blinds are starting to bond with each other..." Brick snickered

" What are you going to do with the Ccc power path?? You better let us out of here..." butch shouted angrily

Before Bubbles could do or say anything hey sisters had come back to the lab to confirm that Boomer was not lying. The two boys soon figured out that their blonde brother had confessed everything and the plan was officially ruined... Bailey was not real, but Boomer in disguise as a girl. Miss Shelley from the hair salon confirmed that she had done a blonde boy's hair.. a girl at clear confirmed that she appeared to Sears to have earrings. Several shopkeepers witnessed the rowdy ruff boys come in buying dresses clothing and accessories..

The two Powerpuff stared at the two rally wraps, and then decided to go wake the professor.

" Good morning girls... what do you have planned today??" Ask the professor tiredly

" Please shut off the Ray professor... Boomer is innocent." Said Blossom while staring at the rowdy ruff boys.

The professor was confused by blossoms or requests but decided to fulfill it, and went to shut off the Ray. The beam Hatsune deceased and the boys were free to move.

" Let's get out of here!" Brick ordered

" Yeah no point in staying here..." butch followed suit

Boomer, however, studies in his place. He knew that if he were to go home, his brothers would give him the beating of a lifetime for ruining their plans.. boomer always got the bag and of the abuse, and was honestly getting tired of his brothers, hitting him constantly as well as insult after insult.

" Well... What are you waiting for... Go on and get out of our site before we change our minds..." Buttercup yelled.

" I think Boomer is scared to go back home... is it okay professor if he stays with us??" Asked Bubbles with puppy eyes

Blossom and Buttercup wanted to argue until they realized that their younger sister had empathy for the boy. They remember the time when Bubbles disguised herself as Boomer to go and live with the rally rap boys for a day... bubble, Scott to witness the harsh treatment that his two brothers gave him daily. They felt sorry for a boomer in figured that it was right for him to live with them..

" he can live with us. If the professor says it's okay, but you must promise to not do evil or crime anymore.." said Blossom as she was discussing the terms.

" I'm done with my brother is treating me horribly and I honestly feel bad for causing crime in Townsville. I promise to be good.." said Boomer, while looking ashamed

The professor turned and hugged Boomer in comfort, for he knew that the young boy didn't know any better. He realized that the rowdy Ruff boys were only misunderstood and had no good moral compass.. they were not made with love and only were raised to hate envy. Boomer just wanted to be a normal boy and do normal things.. the professor happily agreed, and let Boomer stay with the girls.
