Potential description: The year is 2023 and the weather forecast says it's going to be hot in the suburbs of Cave Town in California.
Despite its usual quiet nature, something ugly and rotten is peering out to endanger innocents. Something that law enforcement can't control.
However, there may be an unexpected hero in the midst. A young man with a ghostly figure following him.
"Feeling a little rebellious...Jojo?"
