In this AU the Cold War actually happened. And in 1968, the Soviet Union broke up and each country had to pick a side.
The important countries and what side they are on will be listed here:
The Western Bloc: America, United Kingdom, Canada, France, Australia, Italy, Netherlands, Ukraine, Latvia, Lithuania, along with others.
The Eastern Bloc: Russia, China, Cuba, Vietnam, Belarus, Estonia, Kazakhstan, Bulgaria, East Germany, along with others.
Countries fight with their soldiers. A country can tell the difference between a human and a country, but a human can't. Countries have their flag pattern in their hair instead of on their body. Also, countries are more endurant than people (AKA harder to kill). (Credit to @paperclipbracelet for the idea).
