Chapter 11

Herobrine's pov...

Weeks had passed since y/n told me about the conversation between Steve and Notch.

To keep y/n extra safe I decided that she wasn't allowed to go out, ever and i had sat a quarter part of my monsters to look out outside.

Nothing had happened these past weeks and the time seemed to go by slow if you ask me.

Buddy was currently sleeping on y/n's lap while she was reading a book without a title. Strange book then. I didn't do much else then look out the window, staring at the rain hitting the window millions of times.

I sighed as i thought about everything. Processing everything. I tapped a finger against the arm lean on my chair and sighed heavily.

"What are you sighing about all the time?" I heard y/n ask as i saw her look up from her no-titled book. "I'm just thinking. Nothing special" I replied and she just glared. "Really? You think i buy that?" She closed her book after putting a piece of paper in between the pages she was reading.

"You're thinking about the thing with Notch and Steve aren't you?" She asked and i didn't reply, just looked out the window again. I heard her sigh and i chuckled.

I could feel her roll her eyes at me and i smirked before turning my head. "You know, you could be a bit more honest" She says annoyed and i just shook my head before looking away again.

Suddenly i felt her crash her lips against mines and i was taken aback by the sudden action.

"Herobrine! Are you in there somewhere?!" I snapped out of my thoughts blushing madly. "uh, yeah. I was just, uh, lost in thoughts" She nodded before talking.

"I was asking you a question. Why can't i go outside? And why wont you just tell me what's going on?" I sighed before answering.

"You know why. I want you to be safe. If Notch or Steve get you, who know's what they will do with you" I replied and she leaned her head back like an annoyed teenager.

"That's no reason to lock me up in your home! I'm not a kid and i can take care of myself!" She said more roughly then expected.

"Just, leave. I can't take this today" She sighed angry as she carried Buddy in her arms and walked away angry.

I heard the door slam a moment later and i rubbed my face as i tried to focus.
"Master?" I heard a skeleton ask. "What?" I snapped back. "We have noticed both Notch and Steve walking around the area" He responded and my closed eyes quickly shot up and i sat up in the chair.

"Where?" I asked quickly, but was soon cut off by a painful scream coming from no where else, than y/n's room.

I heard barking as i ran to the room and quickly opened the door. "y/n?!" I yelled, but when i came in, it was all empty. The glass doors were open and the curtains were being moved by the wind.

Buddy was whining in front of me and i picked him up holding him tight. "I promise you Bud, we'll find your owner"

And I'm a promise keeper, so i'll find her. Even if it's the last thing i do.
