Hi! My name is Aubrey! I'm 13 in a half, 5'2 feet tall and I'm about 110 pounds, I have brown eyes and strawberry blonde hair! I'm also a taurus and I love light brown. I don't remember much before I came here, but I do remember my mother calling me a rarity.
Centered in a town was little me. I looked over the railing then over the shore into the big open lake where it mimicked the look of the ocean blue above. The yellow bright sun laid in the sky looking after us all. I thought about him, and every time I do I get little butterflies.. his light brown eyes, his smile and his laugh >_< !!!
The only problem is... the only problem is. He's 19. And I can't have him.. and he doesn't want me.
A lonely tear fell from my left eye.
The adolescence world was quite quiet, I was going to be taught so many things here. But of course I had to fall in love the second I got here... with the most impossible person to be with.
This reality was filled with tall buildings with spaces in between each, it looked more minimalist than a new york vibe. Everything was white, but the sun gave it a yellow shine. It'd also glow pink, sometimes red.
There were no teenagers on the streets today, they had all been in their dorms for whatever reason.
I saw a couple giggling and cuddling on a bench, the girl was extremely beautiful and her girlfriend was just as pretty. But the vibe around here as always been "its scary to fall in love here" since I got here, I might be young but I'm not super out of it.
I walked along side a white outside staircase to a skateboard park, the view was amazing from here. There is no law of age of consents, nor an age of a legal adult. But even without such laws social acceptance still exist, this reality is quiet but it can get real noisy if you make it.
____________ With Sunny "And Aubrey he makes me so happy. I can't stress that enough, I can't wait to talk to him again!" I had zoned out completely. She suddenly went quiet "Aubrey?" She said once "Aubrey?" She said twice, it echoed as I stared into nothing. "Aubrey why do you think 'adults' made this hell hole for us?" I flinched my focus at her "Just for us to judge each other as much as they judge themselves?... There is no concrete experience on this Earth. So why do people keep trying to simulate life?" I... I.. I bursted out crying, not because of a boy, but because I'd lose her just like I'm going to lose everyone else. ______________ His light brown eyes glimmered in the sunlight, half of him glittered and the other was dim like our big quiet city. "What did you want to tell me" He said. His voice made me want to melt. "I.. I like you" I looked down at my sneakers, blushing like crazy. I think I'm going to burst. "I...." He said, which made it sound like he was about to make a statement, not shocked. "I know" I lifted up my head with a now heavy and flustered heart "H-huh-" I held onto my skirt shaking a bit. "Its- easy to tell when someone young likes you. No offense" He looked extremely nervous, as he rubbed his neck and rubbed his hand in his kinky black hair. "Oh.. I.." I looked all on the ground like there was some type of solution to this situation. "Aubrey, please listen-" "No! Wait!...." I shouted out "Mason..!" My face must've looked so gross. "You have to understand that I have a good idea about what life is about. About this world! I know everything you're about to say as well! Please don't see me as native, please don't look at me like I'm a little girl" Not with those eyes.. My eyes started to water. His face looked flushed, like he wasn't expecting me to talk that much "I know that.." I wiped my face "its not only because I'm 13. I'm stubby, my breast are small and my legs are oddly big.." My eyes were closed but I felt him coming towards me
I tried to continue "and my face..." I silently weeped and sniffled. He latched his hands onto my shoulders and shook me awake "AUBREY." "It has NOTHING to do with any of that! Thats why I told you to listen!" I hiccuped, my now wide eyes looked up at him. "Your body, your face, your age, it doesn't matter to me! What does matter is that you basically just got here. And naturally... you have no experience, that means not much maturity.. you're not polished yet Aubrey. You can't handle me because you're young. Wait 2 or 3 years before trying to speak. Even if I won't be here then.." I clinged onto his sleeves "No.. Mason, please don't leave me!"I cried harder into his sweater. He continued "I don't want to see young girls like you make a mistake and cry." I listened to every word.. but my eyes wouldn't stop filling up the tub. I hiccuped in between my words "No... Mason, don't say that you won't be here. Please.." My little heart couldn't take what I was hearing. He let me go and then kissed my forehead "You're going to be a beautiful young lady, Aubrey."
____________________________________ Mason got home a little later than usual.
The minute he turned on his light he got popped in the face with sparkles, confetti and people screaming "Happy major day!!" He opened his eyes to see all the people he had met in the last 7 years, and that he deemed very special. "AAA MASON YOUR BIRTHDAY IS IN LESS THAN A MONTH!" Danielle said, your average short black girl with blue eyes and fluffy hair "You guys..." Mason said as his eyes began to water and he tried to cover his face
"Oh you big cry baby, don't worry I'll definitely be joining you in a few months bud!" His brown haired friend said with his arm around him. He looked further into the room to see a banner hung up with the words "Happy major day" on it. "I decided to throw a party for you now and not the day you left since it'd be all depressing and shit" Danielle hopped into his view "God, Danielle that makes no sense.." Mason said rubbing his eyes "And didn't we all tell her that" Jasmine came from the kitchen with a slice of cake her in hand, Jasmine's chest was... large. "J-jasmine- you're here?" He took the plate as she handed it to him "Yeah! Why wouldn't I be?? I know I'm super busy in the office but I had to be here for you" She gave a warm smile. "Thank you Jas" Mason slightly blushed "No problem! ^^!" Soon, I won't be seeing her for a while. ____________________________________ Mason working at home "Masonn" Jasmine knocked on the doorway of his door, "Oh what's up" Mason looked up at her then back at his screen fearing his eyes would wonder. "I got some papers for you from the office. Some new people joined the work place, so you need to make sure their names get into the system." She said walking up to him and laying the papers on his desk "Ah, thank you Jas" Jasmine smiled. "I could've just messaged you the names but I wanted to write them down so that I could personally hand them to you, I don't get to see you that much. And the party last night made me realize that I have to be more delicate with time." As she spoke her feminine voice became softer snd softer as if she felt cheesey about it all. "I appreciate that Jas, I really do." Mason responded. "Hey" she poked him with the eraser of her pencil "Did you know that we're all actually adults here," Continued leaning on his desk. "Hm? Why'd you say that?" Mason turned his head as Jasmine lifted herself and made her way out the door. "Ask Danielle." She gave a teasey smile as her bouncey curly brown hair flooded her little space. "Of course.." Mason said while resting his head on his hand.
