I sighed heavily, dropping the magazine down taking a glimpse of the enivronment. The bright sun shadowing everywhere, blue skies, the wind hmm this is why i love nature. I didn't know when i fell asleep in the car.
I heard the door clicking and my mom, dad, lil bro and my senior sis entered the car as my bro opened the door pushing me inside
" Hey - h- stop it " I said but was drowned in laughter as he tickled me
" Stay quiet!! " A deep voice which i recognised as my dad voice, he entered inside and started the engine driving in total silence till we reached home.
Our house was cream peachy colour with stairs, i entered inside to get away from my dad's eye it could kill.
I got to my room and locked the door releasing a puff pheww!! Finally some alone time
" Gemma open up it was my brother " He said knocking really loudly that upset dad, i groaned opening the door glaring at him
" What do you want and why can't you knock properly? " I said in low tone. He passed me a parcel" Its for you " He said before running off.
I looked at the parcel and the already gone boy before shaking my head and quietly closing my door before lying on my comfy bed
" I wonder whats in this parcel" I thought as i removed the seal before bringing out a white designed paper with some calligraphic computer writing"
From the greenhills academy high :
Dear miss Brooks,
You have been granted a scholarship by the head of state into this prestigous school due to your perfomance in your last competition in bike racing and therefore now a student of greenhills academy high
Pls endeavour to resume on monday early to school to be given your basics.

I screamed out of joy " Argh!!!!!!! Oh my word yes i made it " I said openig my door running down tbe stairs
" Mom dad people i made it into greenhills " I said throwing my hands in the air. My dad looked at me and i gave him the letter. The smile on his face showed he was impressed but it changed staring at me
" Next time try getting a scholarship from your intelligence not from sports" He said handing me the paper walking out ouch that hurts a bit he didn't even appreciate me. My mom pulled me into a bear hug
" Don't be bother about what your father said focus on your future you should be happy you got a scholarship " She said and her words calmed me down. I went to my room couldn't stop thinking about my school.
I brought a nike sweaters and black jeans with sneakers in my family we wear normal clothes.
After everything i got tired and sleepy so i slept off.
