Amidst the chaos of her treacherous plans, Lady Tremaine felt an unsettling desire to establish a connection with Cinderella's father, a man who had previously been a mere inconvenience in her grand design. She believed that by gaining his trust, she could manipulate him into granting her more influence over the Tremaine estate, further securing her position of power.

One evening, as Lady Tremaine strolled through the beautifully manicured gardens of the Tremaine estate, she spotted Cinderella's father, a kind-hearted man with a gentle disposition, sitting alone by a fountain. The setting sun bathed him in a warm, golden glow, but Lady Tremaine's heart remained as cold as ever.

Approaching him with calculated grace, Lady Tremaine began to engage in conversation. She expressed her condolences over the recent loss of his wife, subtly playing on his vulnerability.

Cinderella's father, grateful for the sympathetic gesture, replied, "Thank you, Lady Tremaine. It has been a difficult time for us, especially for Ella."

Lady Tremaine nodded with feigned empathy. "Indeed, Mr. Parker. I can only imagine the challenges you and your daughter are facing. However, I want you to know that I'm here to help. I care deeply for your family's well-being."

As the conversation continued, Lady Tremaine skillfully maneuvered it towards the topic of the estate and Ella's future. She assured him that she had his daughter's best interests at heart and offered to take Ella under her wing, promising to provide for her like her own daughters, Anastasia and Drizella.

Cinderella's father, though still grieving, couldn't help but feel a glimmer of hope at Lady Tremaine's words. Little did he know that these seemingly benevolent intentions were driven by a sinister ulterior motive.
