My alarm buzzed loudly as I then woke up to kill it. I quickly got dressed and left my room to see Fauna and Bae sleeping on top of each other.
I left the building and started heading towards my workplace. I put on my uniform and started to take orders as soon as I got in the coffee shop.
"I-I...um- will j-just have a w-water p-please.." I looked at the person and saw that they were wearing a hat, sunglasses, and mask.
"Will that be all?"
"Y-yes.." I grabbed one of the extra waters from the back counter and gave it to her, the girl then quickly left and took a turn.
I smirked to myself quite.
(Cute.) I heard a muffled scream behind the building that caught my attention.
"Hey Irys?"
"Yea?"
"Can you cover me for a bit?"
"Why would I do that?"
"If you cover for me I'll introduce you to a redhead."
"Deal." I left the shop and made the same turn as the girl, there I saw the girl trying to grab her bag from a random stranger. I rushed over there and pushed him till he fell on the ground. I then stepped on the guy's face and lowered down till I could whisper to him.
"Leave this girl alone or I'll come find you." The man got scared and scurried away.
"Are you alright? The girl lost her balance and started to tip over. I caught her by the waist and steadied her. That catch made her sunglasses fall off and revealed her golden eyes.
My eyes widen as I remember those eyes from yesterday.
"Mumei?" The girl's eyes widened, she tried to quickly run away but I stopped her.
"Hey, it's ok. I'm not gonna hurt you. I just remembered you from yesterday is all" Mumei stood there quietly.
"You're quite different off stage huh?"
"I- um- t-thank you." I grabbed a sticky note and a pen from my uniform and wrote something.
"Here, if you're ever in trouble, call me." Mumei looked at me shyly as she then thanked me again.
"Kronii!! Can you stop flirting with girls and help me?! You know that Mondays are the busiest!!!" My face went a bit red from her mention. Mumei giggled at my behavior. I quickly went to Irys as she had a smug look on her face.
"What? Is there something on my face?"
"No, it's just, when you flirt with girls you never give them your number."
"Shut it Irys, I wasn't flirting with her. I was just reassuring her."
"Yea yea, anyways you promised me a redhead so I better get one."
"Fine. Just come by my place today after work." My phone buzzed on the table with a message.
