I yawned as I started to clean the place up and Irys started to put the closed sign. I started to walk out of the coffee shop as Irys followed.
"So, who was the girl you were talking with today?"
"It's just someone who forgot something."
"Yea as if I believe that."
(Mumei's pov)
I sat on my couch and sighed.
"Something wrong Mumei?" Calli questioned. I sat there staring at Calli
"Have you ever been saved before?"
"Um- I don't believe so. Why?"
"No reason." I heard a pair of footsteps skipping towards me.
"It's 5 so i'm gonna be going." Gura started to grab her bag and headed towards the door with Kiara following her.
"Ah, I guess it is." Calli restated. My heart went frozen when they started to get up and leave.
"Mumei you seem kinda upset that we're leaving, do you want us to stay a bit longer?" My train of thought broke.
"A-ah, it's fine you can go."
Gura and Kiara started to start the car outside and Calli started to close the door.
"Mumei, be careful around sharp objects k?"
"R-right." I instantly knew what Calli was talking about. Calli closed the door, the sound echoed through my empty house.
I stood up and started wandering around the halls till I reached a cracked room. I opened the cracked door and opened the lights.
(Jeez, when was the last time I came into this room? Every canvas is filled with dust) I ran my fingers against the walls and then sat on a stool.
When I looked at the clock it was already 10. I stood up from the stool and started to walk out of the room.
I looked back and saw that I used up almost all of my canvas drawing the same person over and over again. I closed the light and locked the doors. I started to make my way up the stairs and into my room. I looked out of the window and saw the heavily guarded security system in place. I scoffed and laid on my bed hugging the blankets tightly. My eyes couldn't shut knowing that I'm alone in this house. I stared at the empty walls like always hoping that I'll fall asleep.
When the rays shone on my eyelids I fluttered my eyes and awoke. I looked at the calendar and realized I had a concert coming up tomorrow. I yawned from not getting enough sleep. I quickly dressed and went downstairs to see Calli and Kiara talking while Gura was playing games on the switch. I let out a quiet sigh of relief seeing them.
"I'll be heading out then." I started to open the door then got stopped by Calli.
"Do you want me to go with you this time? After your question from yesterday, it made me a bit worried."
"D-don't mind that silly question. I was just curious."
Calli grunted and then sighed,
"Fine, just be careful" I nodded at Calli and then left. I roamed around the streets not knowing what to do till I saw that coffee shop yesterday. My heart started to pump a bit faster as I kept staring at the building. I opened the door and saw the tall blue haired woman that saved me.
