Lelands pov: I go and take a quick shower brushed my teeth and hair and braid it I come out of the bathroom and put my clothes on and I see Ruby snuggling my pillow wishing that it was me I hurry and get dressed going out grabbing something quick to go and eat I park my car andi go inside with the others I go inside wile eatting my food setting my stuff down then going to my desk getting to work before my dad asks me "what happened to your neck" I say "oh it was nothing why what are you trying to say" trying to play it off cool wich I did forget that i have the sratch marks Beth asks me "bruho you look like you got in a fight with a cat" my dad asks "who was the lucky girl" and I ignore them and the question and I'm still eatting my food and Beth says "come on tell us who's the lucky girl" I shake my head swallowing my food "no none of you know her shes just a girl that I met" Beth "so as that who you where thinking of in the car yesterday Leland" I just simple nod and my dad asks me "was she who you where texting yesterday" I just nod agian and Beth says loudly "I need too meet her sometime" I roll my eyes and she then says "I'm just glade that you found someone who makes you happy" my dad says "we'll meet her when the times right" and I then take out my phone and text her hey cutie I then waited for a reply then I thought that she might be asleep so I just get back to work and I start on my computer work then I get done and they say that "there's no action today so whenever your ready to go you can" and I then go and shut down my computer grabbing my stuff and my keys and I go in my car and I load up and I get in and I'm debating do I text or call Ruby wic I decided to give her a quick call wich it rang a few times then it goes straight to email wich that's not like Ruby wich I start to worry so I go to her house and she's not there

Ruby pov: I find out that I just missed court it's because I was in a little bit of trouble and I left and I did notice Le tried to call but I ignored it I am now on the run basically for my life yea I used to have a boyfriend who's a bad cop and I got caught with him and I got in trouble
