Third POV

In one of the guest rooms in the mansion, that same woman at the beach is on the bed looking very weak and unwell.

The family doctor is busy working on her.

Seth and Iris are standing aside watching them. They are both still in shock to see her. Especially Seth. He still recognise her after all these years.

Iris has no clue about her.

She was still a baby when their mother left.

They can't believe she is here.

"This is unbelievable" Iris said to Seth who just stood still looking at the woman that left them without looking back.

Why is she looking this way? What happened to her? Did her reason for leaving them turn into a bad one?

A lot of questions running in his head right now.

The doctor sighed, standing up straight.

"What is wrong with her doctor?" Seth asked.

"Malnutrition. She hasn't eaten for days and it seems like she has been physically abused judging by the masks on her body."

Seth arched his brows.

"Abused?" Iris asked.

The doctor nods. "You need to feed her first."

Seth nods.

"I have prescribed drugs already.  I will send them in once I get to the hospital. Just feed her before the drugs arrive."

"I'll go get food right now" Iris said, walking out of the room.

The doctor picked up his bag.

"Thank you doctor " Seth said.

"You are welcome. The drugs will be sent in no time " the doctor said walking out of the room.

Sighing, Seth stared at his mother. She is laying on the bed in a very weak state. She is so lean and the marks on her body is so annoying.

She must have suffered so much.

His eyes moved to the drip connected to her body.

He recalled those years. Those sad years they spent alone. If it wasn't for aunt Miriam, what would be their Fate?

Thanks to East, they are living fine.

East.

He thought to himself.

East must be fumming because she is here.

He hates her so much.

He doesn't even want to look at her.

Seth had to beg him so they can take her home and treat her before she died or something.

East wasn't taking that.
