Main OSP: Dimitri is a persona of America that was module after the soviet onion not the communism part but the point of view. Dimitri is suppose to have the point of view of the Soviet onion to help Ame understand Soviet's point of view.

Yes in my some what cannon universe USA and America are 2 different people. USA has very little coloration to Native America. America on the other hand is the offspring of Native America. America took up his mothers name of America to show honor to her. USA kinda puffed into exitance. But ether way both of them were raised by the nordics then the UK.

This book is suppose to help me remember the canonicity of characters and there cultures. Also feel free to send a message or just comment on what countries you would like to see. Also heads up there will be a lot of Slavic countries because those are my fav including Poland.
