Chapter 4
<p>After the discovery of betsuma's mysterious and disgustful death the senju clan elders call back half of their troops and hold a meeting that will bring yet another sorrowful event to Tobirama aching existence . </p>
<p>Tobirama knew that Butsuma before his death had started noticing his growing lack of control over the Senju clan and Despite that and the fact that Hashirama has been able to effectively leverage his growing popularity into a certain measure of influence over clan policy lately , enough to counter some of Butsuma's worst instincts , he still had nothing near enough support in the clan to launch an effective coup and seize power and even now with their father six feet under and with Hashirama wearing the colors of the Clan Head. </p>

<p>" I'm afraid the council does not agree to this hashirama-sama " elder makito cuts him off and Tobirama watches his brother's care-free attitude disappear . </p>
<p>"Are you refusing to obey my orders oh venerable elder ? " his asks in a low voice . </p>
<p>And the elder only stares back at him with a raised brow and The room goes deathly quiet.</p>

<p>Hashirama is beloved by the majority of the Senju but their clan is no democracy – it is the elders and the powerful whose voices matter, and they supported Butsuma all his life . His brother's Lukewarm anger is not going to be enough. </p>
<p>Tobirama stands then and draws everyone attention to himself. " Anija asked you a question, you will give him a proper answer " Tobirama says eyes cast down and fixed on the wooden table . </p>

The man nods towards Tobirama " he was found with your late father , there was no signs of an intruder and if im not mistaken he has threatened to kill butsuma-sama the day your mother died he should be imprisoned at once "</p>

<p>"No," Hashirama says, and his voice silences them all. They're not accustomed to seeing him be this stern and solemn. </p>
<p>"There will be no punishment."</p>
<p>"You can't be serious!" one of the other elders shouts. "He murdered your father!"</p>
<p>" father had gone mad , he had committed filicide and the only reason Tobirama survived is because of his healing abilities, i will not punish him for surviving such Abomination and as for father's assassination you have no Proof of Tobirama's involvement therefore there will be no punishment " hashirama says flatly .</p>
